The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the ski track. Staff was friendly. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel on the ski track means that in the afternoon you can hear the "après-ski party" that is going on near, but the good thing is that it does not last long into the night. Although the hotel room had shades, the light from the parking lot (main parking lot for Kronplatz cable car) was shining right into the room, and as it was windy the light was flickering making it annoying. A bit denser shades would be welcomed.

Superb breakfast spread, staff were all really warm. Nice location and beautiful view of the mountains. Staff were really welcoming even though we arrived later. Floor in the bathroom is heated, which is lovely. No possibility to dine in after 21.00, there’s a bar but it’s better to have dinner at a neighbouring property.

Nice and clean hotel near Bruneck. Personell Was friendly and supportive. We stayed just one night as we were on the way up to Germany. Very close to the Skilift for the ones interested in winter sports. Breakfast time slot could be extended to 10 AM.

The reception girl could be more polite and patient. The window was in sight of the next building, and there was a security camera directed at the balcony and peeking inside my window. No night receptionist.

Receptionist Lina ar Croatian bartender in the restorant were amazing. Big rooms, good breakfast, perfect location, huge parking lot. Dinner in the restaurant was surpisingly delicion - biggest recomendations to try lasagna and steak. -
