Days Inn by Wyndham Brunswick/St. Simons Area

I stayed for about 1 month for work purposes. I could tell someone with long black hair stayed there before due to hair being in the bathroom but under the blanket when you pull them back, and in between the pillows. There were all kinds of stains on all the bedding that were still crusty. (I purchased my own bedding day 2). Both bed side lamps weren’t working nor the plug behind the bed, leaving me to charge my phone in the bathroom.

The room wasn’t as clean as it smelled, the pool was not open, it looked like a swamp, there was no place in the shower for toiletries, I asked for a towel and wasn’t allowed to have one, the linens were stained, blood stains on the towels on did have.

1 - Checking in was a breeze. 2 - The room was clean and spacious. 3 - A/C working great 4 - It was great to have a microwave and small refrigerator with a freezer (not a mini-fridge). 5 - Even a hairdryer, iron and iron board are available in the room. I will stay there again.

No breakfast Majority of staff is mean and rude Grounds are always over pouring with trash No ice at all , have to wak to the store or fastfood to get ice Housekeeping speaks zero English and doesn't recognize the signal of sheets and towels set out to switch them

The room was dirty,they had no continental breakfast there was no pool none of the amenities. They said they had they did not. I was very dissatisfied.

Staff was nice comfy beds It was very dirty very out dated only 4 channels on the tv! Door barely shut people beating on our door at 2am! Atmosphere makes you feel unsafe. When reserved it said the room was big enough for 5 people it was NOT! won’t be back

Absolutely nothing. This place is horrible! A black man half naked was standing in front of my room playing loud music on his phone, trash was everywhere, very sick and drugged out looking people were sitting around the overgrown "courtyard" (some were apparently in their underwear), the pool was closed and upon investigation, was so dirty that it would have been exceedingly dangerous to even get near it due to the risk of getting an infectious disease, the included "breakfast" was a granola bar and coffee, the A/C did not work in either room, there was a vehicle in the parking lot that had its wheels removed, there was a bullet casing on the sidewalk leading off of the parking lot. Our party of three spent 5 minutes in the rooms, packed up the car, turned in the room key cards, and got the hell out of there. This is absolutely without question the WORST motel we have ever attempted to stay in...EVER.

It was ok ...the mattress was very thin and old...it was ok for 1 night stay but would never stay longer then that

They did not have breakfast included as advertised, the laundry facility is on the other side of the building, a very far walk if you stay in the front, you can’t get new towels unless you bring them to the front desk change them out with the old ones and you only get 2 even though they knew I had 3 people in my room, I woke up with back pain, the beds were not that comfy, and people talked outside all night, believed they were on drugs.

I'd like a partial refund since you guys didn't give me the breakfast and everything like you agreed on when I paid for the room

The ice machine is "temporarily" out of service, but the notice stating this looks like it had been up for a couple of months. They say the rates are lower for not having a pool anymore, and they offer to give you a refund if you don't want to stay - knowing that most people are not going to hassle with finding a new place and having to pay last-minute rates. There was coffee in the morning, but not even any kind of granola bars let alone a muffin or yogurt or anything. I guess if you count the coffee creamer they had milk available. I don't have issues staying at places without these amenities - but I DO have an issue with places advertising these amenities and not providing them. Place was pretty clean, if a tiny bit musty smelling. Parking was good, night staff was super nice. Honestly if the place was advertised as it is (no pool, no breakfast), it'd be solid 4s and 5s across the board. Night

It was just okay. The room wasn’t the cleanest but the ac worked great and the water was hot. The pool was closed which wasn’t a problem. All in all for a cheap hotel it’s about what you would expect.

There was blood on the curtains. Cigarette holes on the comforter. Bathroom full of mold. Staff was not helpful. I had to leave after a few hours and book a different hotel. Never received a refund after providing photos to the booking agent and hotel manager

Well the first room the frezzer was stuck closed and the ac didn’t ever kick on. So they moved me. The second room was better but when I turned on the water I heard a loud banging noises. The bed was comfortable though I will give them that.

Everything was fine besides the room smelling like cigarettes. Just that completely ruined it for me.

every thing worked as it should, HOT shower and located near all shops

It needed a shower curtain couldn't help getting water in the floor furniture was old would like to have a few amenities like shampoo and more towels
