room smelled bad at check in. the breakfast they quit refilling items at 9 AM and then quickly removed all food items at the earlier than normal 930 breakfast end time

The hotel rooms are full of mold mildew smell - I should have listened to the other reviews but couldn’t believe a Windam property would be so bad! I’d never stay there again.

The bathtub looked so awful I wouldn’t put my dog in it let alone myself. The breakfast was fine.

We had a great one night stay!! No issues at all. Good breakfast, friendly staff, room was clean, the bed was a little soft for our liking.

Love the thoughtfulness of the mirror placement on bathroom door. very useful when styling your hair. a lot of hotels don't consider that. Bed sheets a little noisy

Great location right off of Interstate 95.

The room and bathroom were not clean and dust was everywhere. My wife has allergies and couldn’t breathe. She went to the desk and they showed her another room which was very musky and was worse than the first room. We got our money back and left. Very few rooms were taken when we arrived and maybe that is why. Housekeeping needs to do a better job and maintenance needs to check for mold.
