AWESOME!!! The staff was truly AMAZING😭🎉

The room was fine, but there was a funky smell in the hallway. The pool was Greenland closed, the business office was closed, the breakfast was sparse, and the elevator makes popping rattling noises like it’s going to die any minute. The check-in staff was fine, but the day staff was rude and unhelpful. We come to College Station and Bryan often, but will not be staying here again.

We went down for breakfast about 8am and while we were downstairs the cleaning people came into our room. Piled up all of our stuff by the door. Threw our toiletries in the trash. My husband went up before me he asked where our things were. The man cleaning took his toothbrush out of the trash and gave it to him. We could not believe it! Person at the front desk was no help at all.

A nice place. Nothing special but very helpful staff. I some places it could use a good deep cleaning.

Please do not stay here. Do yourself a favor and drive four minutes down the road to the Hyatt House for a clean room, friendly staff, and clean amenities for the exact same cost as this dumpster fire called a hotel. We walked into our room and walked right back out. The sheets and pillows have stains, the beds do not have bedbug protection, the walls are dirty, there are many holes in the walls and furniture, and the ac unit has water damage and mold growth surrounding it. It was just downright awful. You can tell they do not thoroughly clean the rooms. We brought our concerns to the staff and they really didn't seem to care because they were "fully booked". We did end up getting a refund, but I have heard other guests have not been as fortunate. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The staff was friendly and helpful. He responded quickly when we couldn't get the TV to work, and had it going in no time. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have time to eat breakfast either morning, but it smelled great.

This is always our ‘go to’ hotel when we visit family. It is always clean, has comfortable beds, is safe and quiet, and has a good full breakfast.

Very poor

When we arrived, the room smelled moldy, and we found mold on the curtains. In the handy accessible room. The standard room had a very musty smell.. The smell in the rooms and the rooms were not thoroughly checked or cleaned.

Room was comfortable and quiet. AC and television were working fine. Hall carpets needed shampooing.

Room was big and clean. Bathroom had signs of water damage Swimming pool bathroom was disgusting, no electricity, floor and toilet were filthy, not even usable. The hotel door going out to pool was broken so you were locked out and had to go around to front lobby to get in. Pool was clean, but around it was pretty run down. Breakfast was so so, no one around to refill syrup for waffles.

- Clean rooms - AC works great - Friendly staff (except for front desk) - Plenty of parking - Great hot breakfast & staff - Easy access from the highway and was centrally located for my needs Cons: - When I arrived to check-in at 3:15pm, after driving for hours, there was no one working at the front desk. It took at least 5 minutes or more for someone to show up. The front desk worker offered no apologies and seemed like my presence at the front desk was an imposition on him. The front desk, among other things, is responsible for the hotel's first impression. Needless to say anymore, my first impression of the hotel was far less than positive. I think I'll try a different hotel next time I'm in town. - The bathroom sink's faucet had one of the weakest water streams I've ever encountered. It was so week, I used the tubs faucet to wash my hands. - The closet seemed to be in the middle of some sort of maintenance. There was a hole in the drywall that appeared to be hastily patched up. - The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working and was uncovered. - Check out was uneventful but all of the front desk staff seem to be totally lacking in people skills and seem like they wish they were anywhere other than working the front desk.
