Sergio the attendant at check-in was not helpful and quite rude. There were 6 of us with most being from out of country. First experience in Utah and Utah culture.

The rooms do not get cleaned daily, but that was not a problem for us, we stayed 2 nights and all was great there. The staff was ALWAYS helpful! The breakfast setup was fantastic and well run every morning.

Great breakfast. Nice hot tub. Hotel is spacious and well-designed.

Overall very nice. But: Beds not as comfy as Marriott's. Shampoo pump bottles WAY too high up on wall. No night table on 1 side of bed. Air conditioner VERY noisy.

Worst experience at a front desk in my 30 years traveling. All the staff know the problem agent and apologize before even asking what happened. So bad. Also charged double the going room rate. Don’t recommend.

The property was not well maintained, there were many insects in my room, I needed to switch. The staff was helpful, but not at all friendly.

We were 4. Even though there was only one shower, having two sinks was great.

Note that there are two different Best Western Plus hotels in this tiny town, confusing, the other one is "Ruby's", which is somewhat noteable for their history, so if you meant that one it is not this one. For me did not care.
