Great location, clean, pool for the kids. Shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Nice staff

The carpet was dirty. The ADA shower was in need of repair. There was toilet paper over the peephole. The construction was noisy. The management did not respond to calls or texts. The restaurant buffet was all canned food of the lowest quality. The lobby furniture was torn and heavily worn. However, they will stay busy because the options near Bryce Canyon are limited.

Fabulous location, great amenities, the included breakfast was just amazing!! I love the location in town and parking was great.

This was a great place to stay while going to Bryce! They have a restaurant that has a cowboy buffet and the service was excellent. The young man that served us brought a chocolate lava cake to us for our 25th Anniversary! His name was Titan. He definitely belongs in the customer service industry. He served us with a smile on his face the whole time. The food was delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the pork chops!

I was unable to get a good stream of water from the tub tap. Otherwise everything was fine. The breakfast was amazing!

The room smell was so badly covered up with "airfreshner" carpet fresh or some fragrance...it's was awful. They traded my room and it was just as bad. I slept with a mask on. The mold they were trying to cover up would have been fine because it was an old place. The fragrance they used Was very potent. I am not a picky person. I am at the Quality Inn Zion Park and it is an older hotel as well and I would give it a 10 out of 10. You should not stay here if you have any sensitivities to smells.

Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good. Proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park was perfect.

Very nice pool and weight room. Nice continental breakfast. Good for all types of travelers.

Convenient property with restaurant, general store, shops with free bus into Bryce Canyon NP and walkable to most places in Bryce City. Nice commercial laundry are at $4 for wash and dry (coin or app pay availabke). Room was very generous in size but was very musty even running an air purifier. Internet wifi did not work well which was needed for work (note: I was in the Lakeview Lodge building which is furthest from the mian checkin building).

Our room had a disgusting odor, the buffet was too expensive for the quality of food. The free breakfast was just that - free. If I'm ever in the area again I will be staying elsewhere.

Great breakfast, nice pool and well used. Loved the rodeo.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The property was perfect for us and we had a comfortable stay. Room was clean, hot breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very close to the canyon. I will recommend the place to anyone planning to visit Bryce. I'm planning to stay there again with my family.

We did go to the rodeo they hold every Wednesday thru Saturday night in season. The senior price of $22 each was high for what it was (packed in like sardines on metal bleachers if you got a seat for the 90 minute affair and a line at the concession stand that lasted all night). But it was about the only entertainment in town. And afterwards, nothing was open for dinner. So if you're going we suggest you plan ahead and eat beforehand. They're building a new Best Western Grand across the street and the signage is poor when you're new to the area. But the new place, though it looks sleek and modern, will lack the rustic pioneer charm of Ruby's Inn.

Great location for Bryce Canyon. The hotel is fine. Not luxury by any means. Town shuts down early.
