Very rude front desk staff, bad internet service, rusty frame beds, and moldy bathroom.

The pool in one of the buildings was very nice and large enough to swim laps. The TV was fine and there was a refrigerator in the room that worked well. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Cleaning lady was very nice. We left something important in the first room which she found and returned it to us. The hotel was nice but it seemed a bit run down and not well maintained. There was a safe that didn't work. The sink faucet leaked. Soap and towels were provided but not a bath mat or shampoo. No drinking water was provided.

Ice and Water just a block down the street. Right on the ocean. speaking english on the three phone calls to make a reservation. I booked with booking.com and was confirmed my request for an ocean view room. Then arrived and it was not ocean view but a view of the grassy area with a few plants. I realize now but due to the language barrier that the first floor rooms are NOT ocean view. Maybe they tried to tell my Spanish speaking friend but I wasn't given this message. Would have saved us from calling three times. So best to just book online with booking.com. Also the toilet seat was broken and not fixed. I think the Hotel was filled and we got the left over room this trip. In the past everything for 3 years was fantastic !

Ocean front, quiet, and swimming pool.

Great location north of Bucerias restaurants 5 blocks. Waterfront, quiet, beach and pool immensities. Only 2 rooms with fridge and microwave. No hair dryer. Great staff!

Good for a night or two. You're right on the beach and that's all I cared about. Quiet neighbourhood. Staff was kind enough. You get what you pay for. Rooms are bare and sterile feeling and the mattresses were uncomfortable but for the price, I can't complain. I'm just surprised because they could easily charge way more if they invested a bit of money into the small but significant details that people on here complain about.

There was nothing to like It was so far to walk to anything there was nothing close by but the rocky beach. The rooms were very old and outdated. The beds were very hard the room appeared dirty and not cleaned very well. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain at all. The light in the bathroom sink area did not work. The shower head sprayed water everywhere except on you. Very hard to take a shower. The curtain on the main window did not block any light from the outside light at night the room was too bright to sleep. The night before we stayed in a hotel that was only $3.00 more per night but was just renovated 2 years before and was like brand new and included full breakfast had more amenities and was right in the middle of everything, very convenient

Oceanfront and nice piol No drinking water on site and the remotes would power up but could not get any TV or A/C

Quiet and good

It’s quiet No shampoo, no batteries in room safe, asked for them but didn’t get any, bed quite hard. No bath mat. No beach towels.

Hotel Coritas is a nice small hotel directly on the beach that still had palm trees and open space

It was on the beach (rocky) and had air conditioning and hot water with great water pressure There are no services AT all in the hotel--no one to help you with luggage (no elevator) and we were on 3rd floor, no machines with snacks or drinks, no ice machine at hotel, closest store was several blocks, mold in the room, pool was cold, stopped at registration in first building (the suites) and they sent us to a second building to register for the hotel--no amenities in room at all--i.e. no fridge, washcloths, no water, etc. Rocky beach and they don't have enough chairs/"tables" on the beach. We had planned to stay 3 nights and decided to leave after 2 and move on.

We loved the location of our room...a few steps to the pool, deck and beach with beautiful views of the ocean complete with perfect sunsets!! We were missing a kitchenette which would have made our stay even better but we weren't there long enough this visit to worry about it. We were very happy with the Hotel.

location was great! short walk from everything great quite spot on the beach the beach chairs could use some cleaning. The hotel Toilet was leaking and running all day. the beds where extremely hard and uncomfortable sheets not clean.
