Vista Vallarta All Suites on the Beach

We loved our room - great view! The staff at the pool were amazing (Margarita, Marbella, and Paulina took great care of us!) There was some unfortunate street construction that made walking around a bit challenging.

Interactions with most of the staff were VERY good. We had some good meals in Bucerias which was about a 1 mile walk. The property seems dated and in disrepair. Service at the restaurant was interminably SLOW! Taste of food was just OK. The bed and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. Both the AC and ceiling fan made noise which disturbed our sleep, in addition to the constant noise from the road which was LOUD!!!! We were given towels with holes and frayed edges. The light above our bathroom sink was vibrating. They removed the bulb but never replaced it. The flow from the faucet and shower head were piercing and sprayed everywhere. Beach was full of rocks. The location is not that interesting. There is not much to do but lie on the beach. The walk to Bucerias was sometimes dangerous due to road and condo construction. The management had an issue receiving payment from Booking.com and threatened to charge us again. This issue hung over our entire time there and caused great anxiety.

The location is amazing. The view is second to none. They have a great restaurant on site. All the staff is wonderful and very helpful. We needed a few things done and they were right on it. Such a great group of people. We love Bucerias. Like any hotel near the main highway, the front bedroom is incredibly noisy. The beds are hard but they gave me a topper which helped. They are in the process of renovating and the new units are lovely.

The villa was very big and spacious i rented the family suite it had 3 bathrooms 2 big rooms a kitchen a microwave a refrigerator and a wash room it comes equipped with pots pans cups plates and silverware and the living had to sofa beds

Location was great. Did not eat in the restaurant once we found out they did not accept cash. You could put on a card or charge to your room only. So much!!!! Shoddy renovations in the renovated rooms. Very uncomfortable furniture throughout. Only some burners working in the kitchen. Appliances that are obsolete, even in the renovated rooms. There was a very foul odour in the second bathroom in both the renovated and unrenovated room. We know because we had to ask to be moved for multiple reasons. Which they did, but we had to pay an "upgraded amount" because it had a 3rd bedroom. We already had 1 unused bedroom in the 1st suite. Now we got to pay extra for 2. Then there was the noisy inconsideration of some guests on a few occasions, our last night being one of them,and there timidness, or unwillingness to deal with said guests when we had to call the front desk after midnight to complain.

Passable

The pools were nice. The condo was spacious, the food served there was good, the ocean was close There were tons of stones on the beach. The toilets didn't flush well, but most of all, I KNOW I informed Booking.com that only two of us were going but the change wasn't reflected and I had to pay for the original 3-about 1000 Mexican pesos.

Loved the authentic feel of our two-bedroom suite! Loved the wonderful staff and service! The views are fabulous! Quiet location not too far from town center. Excellent accounting for room charges. Very clean pool. Good seafood on menus. Ocean has sandy bottom Plumbing needs improvement in suite bathrooms. Pool and beach furniture need more frequent cleaning. Beach has become rocky

Location, right on the beach. Cleanliness of the room and facilities, friendliness of staff. Suite was spacious and quiet. Lack of amenities in room -- no shampoo and conditioner, no tissues. Beach was rocky and difficult to walk on. Construction on both sides meant lots of noise.

The room was decent size and we had a very nice view of the bay.The pool was very nice, not a lot of people staying here. When tropical storm was coming, we were moved to a safer unit. We thought breakfast was to be included, but not so. The facility wouldn't let me pay cash for our meals, had to use our credit card or set up an account at front desk. Construction noise, continuing all day, every day of the week. The beach wasn't as nice as we were expecting, then after the storm, it was loaded with debris, and it didn't get cleaned up anytime soon. Very isolated, had to take taxi everywhere. Front road was a mess! Taxi's bottomed out on their cars, very inconvenient.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The suite was enormous, and had a great balcony looking over the water. All of the meals are delicious (particularly the chilaquiles at breakfast and the shrimp quesadillas for lunch - amazing!), staff are very friendly and helpful, and the pool is perfectly clean and well maintained. There are lots of loungers available on the beach as well. It is rocky, but only a little bit - you can easily walk around the rocks to get into the ocean where it's sandy. It was a 25 minute walk into town along the beach, or a 5 minute taxi. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Bucerias! Only small issue was that the bar/restaurant closes quite early, so you have to plan to eat before 7 or be prepared to go into town for dinner.

The hotel remodeling noise was very loud, constant, and went from 8am to 7pm every day. The hotel did not inform us that the hotel was being remodeled nor that it was in the bldg. right next to our room. Our air conditioners were extremely noisy and loud. The ongoing hwy traffic was noisy. There were tons of rocks all over the beach. The rooms were outdated, the shower water drained very slowly The toilet was difficult to flush, and our bed matresses were hard and uncomfortable. There were flag warnings posted not to swim in the ocean due to the recent hurricanes and there was alot of debris in the water. There was also the possibility of crocodiles being nearby the ocean water after the recent hurricane storm. The hotel was far from Bucerias so we either took a bus or taxi to the tourist area of Bucerias to restaurants, stores, and nice beaches. We felt our apartment was over priced. I also think the new remodeled hotel will be lovely.

The landscaping although old was well maintained. The king bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The 3 old and loud AC units kept the rooms cool. The unit was spacious. The large pool was clean. THE ROCKY BEACH!!! The unit was old and in bad need of fresh paint and a thorough deep cleaning. The kitchen was very limited; only 1 dish towel, no wine opener, etc. The 3 AC units were old and loud. The restaurant food was blah. Could hear significant road noise from the front bedroom which had 2 very small twin beds. Bucerias is not the cute little town it used to be.

The location right on the beach was great and my daughter enjoyed the pool. The first suite we were given was nothing like the pictures posted on this site. It looked like it hadn't been updated in over 30 years. After we complained and threatened to leave, we were moved to a renovated suite similar to those shown on this site.

The beach was nice and clean....also quiet! The food was good. The pool was great and loved the size of the rooms. The one negative was the beds were hard and the AC was loud in our room, but we would definitely recommend this place and come back.
