The Buena Park Hotel & Suites

The room was not the room I picked. Iwas filthy the door to my room wouldn’t even lock. Wish I cloud of got my money back

Clean room, parking really good

When I went to log into the internet I saw the was a network called “HOTEL HAS BED BUGS”. I thought it strange but didn’t give it much notice. Next morning work up with several itchy bites. Also it’s branded as “Inn & Suites”. In reality it’s an old motel with some paint slapped on it. Great location if you’re going to Knott’s but there are much better options in the area. You get what you pay for

Staff was very helpful I just didn’t like how some of the sheets were stain and my restroom was dirty

Location was honestly the only good thing. The beds were very loud and would creak with the slightest movement. The AC was not cooling down the hot rooms and made some unusual/loud noises. Loud enough to the point my 10 year old Son was not able to sleep.The lights in my room would randomly turn off and I had to wait about 15 min to be able to turn them on again and be able to finish getting ready. Finally the breakfast was mediocre at best. Waffle makers did not even cook thoroughly.

They were able to accommodate and give us rooms near each other. Spa was out of order. Breakfast was so bad that we did not even go back the following days. The property seemed a bit run down but everything in our room functioned.

There was nothing to like about the property. This hotel is disgusting. It’s dirty, smells like mold and there are cockroaches. The manager “Dee” or “Zee” was very rude and condescending.

room was nicely upgraded, the floors and shutters were a plus. They could probably upgrade the TVs to something a little bigger.

Front Desk was so nice and welcoming. Decently will go back with that customer service

We walked to the Knotts Berry parks. The lobby was nice, the rest of the hotel was needing a little extra maintenance and care. The rooms all circle around a courtyard. You could hear people talking often and it sounded like they were usually right by your room. The room itself needs some maintenance. The flooring wasn’t completely secure. The faucet on the sink in the room was wiggling off the whole time and needed to be tightened.

Location The breakfast could use more options

Great 12 night stay, Clean safe and comfortable. Porto’s bakery across the road Outback Steakhouse next door. Location excellent Knotts Berry various chain restaurants within walking distance would definitely stay again.

It was close to where we were going The bottom of the door to the room was coming off, breakfast hours were too short, was no Kleenex in the bathroom, the refrigerator was set too high and froze our food.

We were put by the laundry room! Right next to our door, was piles of dirty towels! No sink counteral.
