The host family are amazing, so helpful ! Highly recommended for everyone visiting Bukhara ?

The staff is amazing, they are very cordial and welcoming. The room was absolutely perfect, calm, cold (did not even use the air conditioning device), clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was huge (too big for me) and very tasty. The hotel is located very close to the old town part, ca 15 min by foot, and the environment is very pleasing for eyes. I recommend this place absolutely to anyone. I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

Perfect location near to the old town, tasty breakfast , very helpful host and amazing atmosphere of traditional house . Highly recommend if you really want to feel Bukhara vibes and Uzbek hospitality

Breakfast was good and diversified. The rooms are a little bit run-down, rugs would need to be changed and some of the bedding as well.

Location: it was close to old City The bathroom was not modern, no ventilation, small, etc

Courtyard, location was ok Nasty bathroom, leaky bathroom pipe, staff was rude if they were even there. Carpets were absolutely filthy, tv, safe, and ac were 20 yrs outdated, very little power to room, only 2 plug points, breakfast was so oily you could start a small oil tycoon with it. Many stains on the bed

This hotel is easy to reach by car from railway station or airport. It's about 5 - 10 minutes by foot to the main historical attractions of Bukhara. The rooms are well cleaned, fresh bed clothes and towels. The guy at the front desk spoke very little english. Many things in the room and the bath room was broken or did not work, e.g the fridge in my room. No water boiler and tea in my room and bottles of drinking water are s o l d at the reception! Breakfast was a bit limited compared to other 2-star hotels in Uzbekistan. I would say that this is not a "Boutique" hotel, but a quite ordinary 2-star establishment in the lower level of this segment. There is room for many improvements.

The hotel was supposed to be a old house families lived so it was nice to see it snd the breakfast was great A hotel is not just about the facilities but also how it makes you feel, they tried to sell you something at any given opportunity, my room had a window facing the entrance so I couldn’t even open the window and had to keep them shut and cover, i felt the rooms need some upgrades especially the bathroom shower curtain was old.

Everything! The hosts are great and very sweet and helpful. ? Breakfast was good too. The rooms are super cozy and super clean. And you're just a few minutes away from all the attractions. We loved our stay here and couldn't recommend enough!

Nice hotel in very good location. The breakfast is downstairs, unfortunately the nice patio is not used. We had some issues with a taxi that the hotel organised for us and suddenly charged twice as much and the driver and the car were in poor shape

Lovely family hotel. Great location. Nice style in the back yard. I enjoyed the bath tab. I would recommend the place.

The bed sheets were old and smelly, hôtel needs renovation, old furniture, carpets, etc. Photos do not correspond to the reality. We ended up changing the hotel the next day.
