Excellent location – on the outskirts of the old part of Bukhara, near Labi Hauz Square, in a quiet and peaceful street. The hotel is intimate. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a bathroom. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The helpful staff assisted us in reserving a dinner with a dance show. N/A

Clean and comfortable. Excellent location close to major monuments. Staff are very kind and helpful especially the young receptionist boy. Coffee is merely hot water, Nescafé and powder milk.

Our stay at magical Bukhara, at this beautiful hotel, in this comfortable room was totally unproblematic. The hotel's location is perfect, pretty much everything is at a walking distance. Only thing, people with mobility issues should take into consideration that taxis can not reach the hotel's street and that there is no elevator. But the staff is always more than willing to assist with everything you might need! We enjoyed very much our stay and we felt very cosy and welcomed! Overall cleaning was good (the room was cleaned every day) but it could be improved at some details, for example, the dust around headboard. Also, don't expect something extra at he breakfast, but after spending many days in the country I get that it is a common thing.

Very nice hotel in the old city, walking distance to all the main sites, lovely staff and great breakfast. They arranged our transportation to and from train station, also provided with snacks on the day of our departure when we left earlier than hotel’s breakfast. Would stay again.

Great location, 5 mins walk away from all the attractions. Rooms spacious and lovely decorations. Staff extremely helpful and polite, especially Kareem. Fantastic breakfast. My only complaint was the air con. It was very loud and would make loud cracking noises. I had to turn it off at night so I could sleep.

Just the location was close to the touristic area. Very basic room. The bed wasn't comfortable, the room lacks amenities just the basics, it's more like a bed and breakfast not a hotel.

This small, cozy and generally well-appointed hotel is ideally positioned within a stone’s throw of Lyab-I-Hauz and Bukhara’s many cultural and historical attractions, as well as its vast array of shopping opportunities. There’s an abundance of restaurants and mini-markets that will cover everything from serious hunger to laying in some simple snacks and drinks. Staff are friendly and keen to help with anything at all. The twin/double room comes with a refrigerator and I was provided a kettle on request, as well as a tea tray with cups and the makings. Bathroom is of a good standard, clean and bright. Aircon worked well. Bed was comfortable, though I’d have licked thicker, firmer, pillows, and maybe more of them for reading in bed. Breakfast is good, “standard issue Central Asian”. A very reasonably priced transfer was provided as offered and requested from Bukhara (Kegen) railway station to the hotel. I was also able to get laundry done for a modest consideration. I’d go back any day. Absolutely nothing beyond my minor personal quibble about the pillows.

I like this hotel so much, have good center location, the room was very clean, also they have the beat service, the owner of hotel was so kind, gentle and helpful, we should check out before 14-00, but have to go to the train station at midnight, the weather was so hot outside, we don't know where to stay till midnight. At last, we decide to ask the owner of hotel to save our luggage, when we asked him, He just agreed and let us stay till midnight for free, unbelievable, yeah, but that's true! ???I really recommend you this hotel! If I travel to Bukhara I will stay in this hotel again! It's perfect can't complain
