Great location in heart of historical city center. Wonderfully helpful and accommodating staff. Historically accurate, comfortable rooms. Clean space to refresh. Again, owner Komil personally welcomed us and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We extended our stay.

Really a beautiful boutique hotel that makes you feel you've stepped back in time. The rooms are truly a work of art, as is the breakfast room. The room was very comfortable and clean. My only critique would be the breakfast was extremely local and I found almost everything sweet which was not to my taste. Otherwise is was an excellent stay.

The hotel makes you live in the old days of silk road. Helpful and friendly staff. Near to the old city.
-
The hotel is a beautiful collection of rooms clustered around 5 courtyards. The dining room where we had breakfast each morning is a beautiful historic 19th century dining room and was the best place to start each day during our stay in Bukhara - not to mention the delicious breakfast! Komil, the owner, is wonderful and made us feel like we were staying with family.

Clean and tidy. Very close to main attraction specially the OLD CITY. Staff is Amazing and very helpful. Mohammed Ali and Komil are exceptional. Worth the money. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing with so many different options. We have loved our stay. Nothing

This is a hotel with a lot of character, in a converted 19th c merchants house. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were excellent, the room was spacious and comfy, and the location was very central too. No issues.

Clean and good breakfast The roads were so quiet maybe because of the season

We highly recommend staying here if coming to Bukhara. The rooms are very clean, the hotel beautiful, the staff and owner responsive and kind, and the breakfast delicious! We loved our stay.

Good breakfast, perfect location, clean shower and beds – all these things qualify for a pretty good hotel already. But oh my god how beautiful the interiors are... Staying there was a major part of our visit to Bukhara, it really lets you to go back in time. Incredible. I'd recommend staying here to anyone going to Bukhara. 11/10 would do it again

The interior is so beautiful, especially the dining room, all the staff are helpful and speak English I wish the bed were more comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower be more powerful (maybe it’s technical problem due to the renovation on going)

Sadly the arranged transport to pick me up never arrived at the train station. They apologized and made sure a car took me to train station when I left at no charge. They made up for the oversight with extra care and attention.

Location is perfect, it’s very authentic, staff is nice, breakfast is very good

It’s very centric. It has a bathtub although it does not have a plug (I would recommend getting one) the water is hot. The Samarkand halva was nice. Some of the food at the breaksfast was cold. It’s not a bad hotel but I don’t think it deserves to be called a boutique hotel they still have some way to go before it can be called such. One of the days our room did not receive room service. They didn’t want to let me pay by card although they have two terminals.
