Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk to the center of Bukhara and the Medrassas. The room was huge and the hotel offers a reasonable breakfast with helpful staff. Everything is walkable except the train station. The patio is lovely for spending evenings. Highly recommend! One downside is that the laundry service was underwhelming, all the clothes came back smelling like food, possibly from drying near the kitchen.

Nothing They cancelled our stay. This hotel gave us nightmare!

It did not feel safe in the area

After a very confusing check-in, we got moved to Hotel Breshim Boutique which was only next door and appeared to have better reviews and was slightly more expensive than our original booking but with no extra charge to us. The hotel was perfectly fine but I can't review the Ansi Boutique W&S terrace

Location is very good, breakfast was quite complete. The accommodation is very basic. The sheets do not fully cover the mattress and there are no electric plugs in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned the first night. The personnel speak only little English and they do not offer much information upon check in. The building is nice but the service has room for improvement.

Clean, close to all visiting sights. Nothing to complain.

The decor was stunning and overall had a beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast far exceeded my expectations with delicious traditional foods and excellent tea and coffee. The location was so close to the old city and we were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and restaurants we wanted to visit. We had a disturbing incident when a younger (appeared to be a teen) staff member and his friend opened our LOCKED door at 12:45 am. My husband got out of the bed and chased them away. When we confronted the same worker about it the next day, he laughed at us. He then said that it was his friend who had the master key and opened our door by accident. Not only is this not an excuse, but why do young teenage guests have access to the master key?!?!?! When we saw an older staff member later that day (who wasn't a teenager but an adult) we reported the incident to him and he simply said sorry a few times and that was it. So, at least he apologized, but they do not seem to understand that this is a serious offence and could have easily been prevented. They need to be more strict about who has access to the master key and they need to respond more effectively when guests report such incidents so we can be assured that these disturbances will not happen to any more guests in the future. Thank goodness I wasn't alone and my spouse was with me or this would have been much more terrifying.

Perfect location. Open buffet for breakfast at the terrace. Variety of tea bags and an espresso machine available. The room and bathroom is spacious. I want to thank the owner for giving us a walk-in shower as I asked, a safer option for my old parents. They loved the hotel! Very close to many attractions. I’m attaching photos of the entrance and the terrace/ breakfast area. Bathroom could have less hair when we first checked in. There were hairs on the walls, around the faucet, in front of the mirror as well as inside the toothbrush cup.

The hotel was close to a lot of the must-see attractions in Bukhara. Our stay included breakfast which was served on the terrace located on the top floor of the building. No view to enjoy during breakfast though since all you can see is the rooftops of other buildings. It is not friendly to guests who have mobility issues. As our room was located at another block of the hotel, there were lots of stairs to climb up and down from to reach anywhere, even the exit door of the hotel.

Location the staff that doesn't speak English and doesn't even deign to say hello. the cleanliness of the sheets, towels not really the best. Very noisy environment child and other guests who make a lot of noise, at least this in the period that we were there. for a structure that Booking gives 5 stars, in my opinion I don't see the reason maybe a three star

Good location. After the poor start to our stay and unacceptable room we were moved to a lovely room, in main hotel with a super bathroom and great shower, for 2nd night but after the poor 1st night and then having to pack up our belongings to be moved it was really annoying and irksome. Poor 1st impression as no one met us at the train station as requested and agreed by them. Only greeting was “passport”. Taken to an annex- down broken steps to our room with no proper shower fixture. Poor breakfast each day - stale bread and pasties.

Very nice location in the old town of Bukhara. Not far from the main sightseeing places and the bazar. Early check-in/late checkout -2/+2 hours should be possible.

It was a quiet, family run hotel that exuded warmth and welcome. Just minutes walk to the old city square and for places to eat. Breakfast was fresh and lovely. Not enough hooks or counter space in bathroom, but this is not something that will spoil your stay.
