Perfect location, very accommodating host Nothing

Very well maintained, I am impressed Location, very difficult to reach for a new person, Odd place.

The hotel was lovely, well situated, 5 minutes from the center, and all the staff was amazing.

Great breakfast, and the location is excellent. The hosts are genuinely warm and hospitable. On my second day I wasn't feeling well and my train was only in the afternoon, so I asked to stay in the room past the regular checkout time, they kindly allowed it free of charge, which I really appreciated. The room was lovely and comfortable too. Highly recommend!

I would serve breakfast from earlier, everything else was spotless!

Great location in old town can walk to almost all the sightseeing places in Bukhara. At the same time it is in a quiet lane to ensure you have a good rest at night. The showering is good with decent water pressure and volume. Something you really appreciated when travel in Uzbekistan. The room is big and comfortable with all facilities you need. The breakfast is great with quite generous portions. The staff are trying to be nice, but you need to be patient with their service. The check in process took us more than half hour. Maybe that is the speed you need to get used to when travelling in an old city. The WiFi is a bit weak. But the local data plan is cheap, so you may not need it.

Best Hotel to book ! This is a cozy family-run hotel in beautiful style and right in the center. The family members are very very helpful and supportive. They made my stay in Buxara much better. Thanks Aziz, friend! Big luck and prosperity for the Hotel!

The staff was nice, and the location was good, though a bit hard to find. The interior design is eye-catching. The breakfast was good. Price was also good; they gave a good discount. They didn't have a hair dryer in the room, and also no water—bare minimum, honestly.

The room could use a little work. It was big enough for me but I think there were some plumbing issues that result in a very bad odor anytime the bathroom sink is used or toilet is flushed. It smells not only in the bathroom, but also in the bedroom.

Amazing Hotel, price quality guaranteed, even better than guaranteed. As I understood, it’s family run, and they’re very nice. I was leaving early my next day, and they prepared breakfast to go (sandwich, some fruits, cake and water). They were very useful in recommendations as well. As for the hotel, very clean, all essentials are there. I even had an AC in the room. Yes, it’s a little hard to find without gps, but Yandex maps worked perfectly, so no problems with finding a hotel. As for payment only accept cash there. I will stay again if I come back to Bukhara. Recommend! A little uncomfortable mattresses, they were just too hard, but it’s personal preference.

I like the property for its location, which was accessible in numerous areas, and the courteous staff. Room are too Small the rest it’s fine.

- nice breakfast, prepared by the owner - the tap water was never hot so I had to take cold shower ? - there is only 1 nice decorated room, the rest all have plain white walls . I expected more traditional room decorations. - at night , too dark to walk back to the hotel from the old city - taxi dropped us off in a parking near by and we walked 2-3 min with the luggage . No taxi came to us when we left as it’s a very narrow street, so we had to walk quit a lot with the luggages
