Good location that is the only best aspect of the hotel, overpriced hotel,we were 8-people,they tried to charge us a big amount for the transfer service too.

This is a historical building and very charming.
-
An original historical property preserved in pristine condition by the Uzbek Tourism Authority.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a historical building. Nice location, just 5 min walk from the Lyabi Khauz Square. The breakfast at the courtyard was amazing with different dishes and lots of fruits. The manager was very warm and professional. He kindly let me leave my luggage after check-out until my train departure time. I wish I could've stayed longer!

Location. Cleanliness. Friendly service. Ambiance. We were very comfortable.
-
Easy location very near the main sites. Really gorgeous old building, beautifully modernized. Caring and kind hosts. A real highlight of our trip to Uzbekistan. We had no issues or complaints.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff Best location for sightseeing, only 5 minutes to Rabi Haus.

This property has great style and historic charm. The room was very large and comfortable, and the staff made sure it was always clean and comfortable. Especially glad for the air conditioner. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and helped us exchange our money. The breakfast was generous, and the location was about two blocks from the main square and very laid back. The television doesn't really work but wasn't a big deal.

Very friendly and accommodating manager. Lovely rooms with local decorations. Easy and quick walk to old town.

The property itself is beautiful, and beautifully maintained by the proprietor. My single room was very large, with a fridge, large desk, nice bathroom and closet area. AC and fridge worked great. Distance to the center of the Old Town was about 1/4 mile; also very close walking distance to Chor Minor in the opposite direction. Wonderful restaurants a stone's throw away. A virtually perfect experience! Only small issue was the mattress: a bit thin and hard. But I walked so much each day, I had no problem sleeping. And eggs with breakfast would have been nice, although the breakfast spread was massive. Unfortunately, for protein, I can't eat yogurt, and was not a big fan of the salami.

The hotel is very rustic and different. The staff was nice. We got a very tasty breackfast to go because we had an early train.

Location and the overall experience. It used to be a madrasah then converted into a hotel. Very rustic and well mantained. Located right beside the main road, walking distance to labi hauz and po i kalyan. A lot of restaurants nearby too. Room was clean, bathroom is really big and clean, and has a bath tub. Breakfast was amazing. Not a buffet style but the staff brought everything to my table, really enjoyed it. Nothing

Phenomenal, perfect. Every thing, highly recommended.

This place is a true gem in Bukhara. Hotel is very charming and is full of welcoming vibe. Location is also very good. Walkable to any major points of interest. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bukhara in the future. Occasionally the dog in the close neighborhood was barking at night and I could hear it clearly. I wondered why the owner left the dog barking during the night outside. It was not the hotel’s fault or anything though.

Excellent breakfast historic building with a lot of charm Not the greatest level of comfort, but this is mainly due to it being an old historic building

While it was a lovely property, it felt a bit lifeless. It also seemed expensive relative to other hotels that we stayed at in Uzbekistan with better facilities and location.
