Hotel Volida Boutique

Staff was extremely helpful, very friendly. Good breakfast, great location (literally steps from various restaurants and attractions). Quiet at night! Courtyard was quiet and peaceful in the morning to enjoy some breakfast.

First, the staff is extremely helpful. We've got many useful tips for the city (shoutout to Joy restaurant) and were greeted with warmth and care. We could fully rely on the people working there, from leaving the bags at the reception (we arrived too early) to small favors to arranging for a driver to show us around. ATM around the corner, city center within walking distance, but not too far to become loud. Chilling zone with armchairs on the roof. Would return anytime.

Wonderful staff and an excellent location right next to the heart of Bukhara’s historic center. Within easy walking distance of all the main sights. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the people were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were basic, but still very comfortable and clean. No complaints.

The staff were very helpful and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast is simple, but ok. Fresh coffee costs extra money, this is not very convenient

Even more beautiful than the pictures and it is easily accessible to the main sights to visit. The staff are kind and always available.

We arrived in the morning (after paying for the previous night and sending a message to the hotel), and we had a welcome reception and very nice breakfast, served for two of us. The building is beautiful inside, authentic and quite well located The next day I went to a restaurant 20 minutes before the end of breakfast, and food was terrible. Most of dishes finished, the rest of them cold. A waiter was cleaning another table and saw me, but did not propose to bring more food. Our room was too much heated (it was November), and we couldn’t control the temperature. Opening windows for night time was not an option because they looked a corridor, and it did not feel safe (like sleeping with a door wide open). I woke up a few times because of strong smells in our room. Few times it was cigarette smoke, and in the morning it was smells from the kitchen (located below our room). I think smells came through ventilation

It’s closed to the heritage.

Excellent location very close to the old city. Very helpful staff, eager to assist and provide information and always with a smiling face. Olim (Alim) was very very supportive. This hotel which is small and cozy makes you want to visit the place once again.

Location is perfect. Near to ancient city

The location just on the edge of the pedestrian area was great - easy to get to by taxi but very close to the major sights. The hotel is nicely decorated in local style, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little limited, but what was there was fresh and tasty.

Very grateful to shakrubh and jasoor for all their help during our stay. My father fell ill and they guided us on hospitals, helped us make simple foods for him and in general were very supportive and accommodating. The bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub which is something for elderly people to note as climbing in and out for the shower has to be done with care else they might slip.

Superb

The staff were just excellent - so helpful and kind. The first room we were given had poor air conditioning - so the staff immediately gave us a different room and helped us to move our bags. Breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect - right in the middle of all the key sights of Bukhara. We took a 3 hour tour with Alim (the hotel's driver) to the sights about 30 minutes outside the city- it was a superb tour and he was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. Thank you to everyone at Volida Hotel for making our 3-night stay just perfect. Everything was great.

The room, the location. It was very clean and very close to the centre. Breakfast a bit poor but ok. Across the street there are taxi drivers who are cheaper than the driver of the hotel.
