Great location, just outside of the main tourist stretch, making it easy to walk in, but also allowing for us to escape the busier parts at the end of the day. The property itself was beautiful and comfortable

Breakfast was basic but some things like cottage cakes were tasty and the melon was nice The AC in the near room was very noisy constantly switching on and off didn’t sleep well

Very central location at the beginning of the old city, everything is walking distance to the historical center. The staff have been amazing and very friendly. I’m afraid the title ‘boutique’ of the hotel is quite optimistic! The room was decent size, however the beds were old and squeaky , not to mention that the duvet was not for tall people , same goes for the shower which was really short and it makes it challenging for someone above 1.80cm height to get a decent shower.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the big room with the bathtub and had a romantic and cozy stay. The facilities were very modern and the location was convenient. We were very satisfied with the room. I also messaged with the hotel to set up a little surprise ahead of time and they were very helpful and kind with that. Much appreciated. Like other reviewers have noted, service was hit and miss. There was one staff member who was super friendly and attentive. I didn't catch his name but he was great. However, the rest of the time the other staff were unprofessional and not helpful. I was surprised that for such a nice hotel the service could be so lacking and inattentive. Someone has invested a lot of money into this place, I don't know why they haven't invested in more staff and customer service training.

Central and clean. Nice room and great bathtub. It was truly a boutique hotel . Totally recommend it The tray of sweets they leave in the room for guests. It attracts ants. Can do without. But otherwise great

Location is really good, very close to main sightseeing sites in Bukhara. Hotel is super nice, its a family run business and looks like everything is done with extreme care and love. Absolutely great place, we loved it everything was great !

The hotel was generally fine and well-located to the sights in Bukhara. The breakfast wasn't great - it was a self-service buffet but there were staff who were trying to help which was unnecessary and got on my nerves a bit, it would have been nice just to have been left to get on with it.
