We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful family-run place in Bukhara. Umid, the host, was incredibly generous, helpful, and truly hospitable — he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Out of all the places we visited in Uzbekistan, our stay here was the most memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Bukhara!

I stayed at the Usman Heritage with some friends and we all loved it. Umid has been an incredible host, and it is clear that this is a true labour of love. From precommunication and logistics to going above and beyond on special requests regarding breakfast, restaurant and cultural recommendations, to even room upgrades, everything has been absolute fantastic. It was a true pleasure and thanks Umid for making our travels to Uzbekistan even more enjoyable! Absolutely nothing, it was a truly lovely stay.

It is a very personal and warm family place with attention to details and a very nice breakfast/launch room and most importantly: home-made breakfast which was super tasty! Umid, the owner, knows his work very well and takes good care of you! The hotel should consider accepting payments by card in the future .

Excellent stay in Bukhara! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Umid was helpful and very communicative during our stay, it is very evident he is proud of his property and it’s rich history. Breakfast was amazing! Reliable transport to/from the train station was arranged by the hotel. Couldn’t ask for a better stay, would definitely recommend!

Truly everything. Owner of the property was professional, kind, and proactive. Property is cozy and oozes with charm. Beds and bedding were super comfortable and the shower temperature and pressure was much better than our previous hotel in Samarkand. Breakfast was delicious and extensive. Less than a 10 minute walk to Old Bukhara and right next to a lovely restaurant in one of the main squares. Highly recommend. Nothing. Would stay again without hesitation.

This amazing heritage Hotel is a little gem in old Bukhara. It is tastefully decorated and you are immediately propelled in the atmosphere of ancient times. The suite was immaculate and very beautiful with all the amenities of a 5* hotel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly cooked and really excellent while you sit facing a magnificent niche. To me, it was like in a fairytale, because this place is totally embedded in this ancient city and I one can easily imagine how it must once have been on the silk road at caravan times. The location is simply top, because it is very central, although very quiet. I can only recommend this extraordinary and genuine place that mirrors a family history of 5 generations. The location is great! Very close to the main tourist attractions. Our room was very comfortable. The shower was great. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive the whole time. Communication with the hotel went smoothly from the day we made the booking

Thoughtful, beautiful, quiet - convenient to walk throughout the old town. Breakfast on our balcony was exceptional. This small hotel has my highest recommendation.

I loved the historical family story about this unique property . The grandmothers house is truly an authentic unique stay in this historic place - it is so in keeping with the surroundings and the fact that her lovely grandson and his wife are now building a wonderful business here is a lovely treatment to his grandmothers memory . The absolutely amazing friendliness of the owner his wife and staff The comfort - it was home away from home. Clean comfy cosy and all newly renovated in a sympathetic way to the surroundings . Great breakfast with the best coffee ever .!! The owner could not do enough to make our stay pleasant and very confortable . - highly recommend to anyone visiting Bukhara
