Nothing Translation results Ver bad experience. It looks like a poor quality hostel. There is a steep staircase leading up to the room from the lobby, which is not lit. The bathroom is awful, dilapidated, and has lots of rust. Breakfast is very poor, served in the kitchen where the bedding dries.The price on booking was 36 usd plus 8 usd tax, and we paid an extra 8 usd, which is not mentioned on the booking.

Perfect for a night stay. They also have a kitchen open till late, so you can have your food get heated in microwave.

Service was really great, staff is really kind and helpful. Location is excelent, it is 2 minutes from the main historical and Old town sites in Bukhara. Breakfast was nice and tasty. In total, one really nice and warm family hotel.

The photos don't do the hotel justice. The room is bright while it seems darker in the photos. We loved the decoration on the walls, exquisite embroideries made by the owner's wife. If you fancy any of them they are for sale. Jaava went above and beyond to help us. He tried to find us a driver to another town, book train tickets (for a fee) for us and provided us with a vegan breakfast. There is free water, coffee and tea available in the kitchen, which can be used to warm up a meal (but not cook). There is also a fridge and a washing machine. They can exchange money for you at competitive rates. It's very centrally located and good value for money. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and felt at home. It's very close to the really good restaurant Jam, where portions are not small. The first day we had not an adequate breakfast, just a smallish dish of mashed potatoes, some slices of tomatoes and fruits. But the second day it was more satisfying. Non vegans have two eggs with sausages plus fruits. The TV didn't have any channels, just Internet and You Tube, Netflix (with payment) etc.

Close to the main attractions, good bathroom I didn't like the behaviour of first reception guy he is busy impressing only some guests and ignores others guests and there needs making them feel inferior ,while the second reception guy is very helpful and polite unlike the rude first guy

It is economical, located close to many of the sites, and the breakfast is fresh and good. The staff were welcoming and kind. The property is very simple. No frills. It was most evident in the my room’s bathroom that the construction was done on the cheap and not well-finished. For example, some of the pipes that drain the water from the shower were visible. I got confused returning to the hotel late at night. I was using Google Maps to navigate my way through the narrow, dark old city alleys (there are no lights) and I discovered that Google Maps didn’t have the streets updated. So, I got turned around. Thankfully, I was able to find my way back to the hotel after some confusion. It is important to note that I was never scared or frightened by the dark alleys (the city is incredibly safe) but I think it is good to know and be prepared.
