The breakfast was delicious with many options both sweet and savory, and the room was so clean and the bathroom was so modern and sparkling clean. The room had air conditioning and was quiet at night, even when we went to bed early. We were even able to get our laundry done by the very lovely and accommodating owners.

Everything is perfect, excellent location, good breakfast, nice people. Highly recommend

There was loud music from somewhere nearby that played until like 11 or midnight each night. I was at the front of the guest house so perhaps a room at the back wouldn't have been as noisy.

Guest house: right in the center of old town Bukhara. All major attractions, plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Although it's in the city center, it's still quiet. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. Everything sold at the donut shop is homemade and the breakfast every morning was also very delicious. How to get there: google "Bed and Breakfast Sarrafon" or "Donuts & Coffee" shop, which belongs to the guest house. If you cannot navigate just look / ask for the Joy Restaurant. It is well known and on the opposite site of the Guest house. For me the mattress was a little hard.

In the last morning I didn't have hot water in the shower.

Taxi from airport couldnt find it as in pedestrian only zone. He asked several people including tourist police. He ended calling owner.

our room was new and clean. the stiff was extremely friendly and always happy to help. the location was central and breakfast was tasty. it was not a problem for me, but the hotel is located in a busy square and it could be loud sometimes.

Unbeatable location, very close to Lyabi Hauz but quiet. The reception is in the "Donuts and coffee" coffee house. The room looked recently renovated. Breakfast was delicious, homemade and very generous: the best I had in Uzbekistan! The beds were a little hard (common issue in Uzbekistan).

Central location - great for exploring the town. Breakfast was a selection of hot and cold treats. Room was fresh and bathroom beautifully updated. Spiral staircase up to room was a little daunting but fine once we got used to it.

Amazing location, friendly staff, outstanding clean room and toilet, rich breakfast. Right in the city centre Everything ok

The guest house is very nice and comfortable. There is a nice cafe where you can take a brake in the afternoon. It is in a perfect position to explore the old town of Buchara. The room is beautiful and perfect to relax with all the comfort and freshly renovated ! The hosts are very kind and welcoming.

Abdul went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Fabulous breakfast and the best coffee on the trip! A lovely haven to retreat to after a busy day. Location could not be closer to the centre but so quiet
-
Ideal if you get in to Bukhara early, due to early check in times. Nice facilities, breakfast and perfect location.
-
Very comfortable room, great breakfast and friendly owners. The best stay in Uzbekistan so far! Thank you for your hospitality!

Can not be better. When possible, we come again!
-
Beds a bit firm.

There was a really minor problem, we were in the furthest room and WiFi could be intermittent. Else here the coverage was great.

Very kind and friendly staff. Nice place! All my Uzbek guesthouse reviews will say the same thing about the beds. I like softer beds so it takes a little while for me to get comfortable. But I slept well once I fell asleep

You cannot beat the location, it's middle of the town and we happily and easily walked everywhere. Abdura and his family were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast on the courtyard terrace. We also tried their delicious pastries and coffee in their café during our stay. I would have wanted to stay a bit longer.
