Perfect location, right next to the heart of the old city. Friendly staff, immaculate room, very flexible. No real view from the room, but if you go upstairs to the restaurant/deck, you have a great one.

Best possible location; right inside Lyabi-Hauz; the main Square of the city; surrounded by all key monuments and eating places. Small but artistically done up Art Deco hotel. Owned by a third generation painter who personally saw to our comfort and whose skill and personal touch was evident in the very beautifully done up rooms. Having an extremely elaborate breakfast at the in-house art gallery elevated it to an entirely different level. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this miniature treasure of a hotel. Arun Kumar Kapoor

Beautiful, spacious room with very comfortable bed and a big bathroom with amazing tiles. Nice breakfast, professional, courteous staff and friendly owners made my stay in this place the highlight of my trip to Uzbekistan.

We had the best stay in Bukhara! The hotel is wonderful and so beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and fresh with modern touches - hot tub bath and smart TV. However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. The reception team were always smiling and eager to help and very considerate. N/a

Location is very central, breakfast is okay I have absolutely no clue how this place has the rating it does, something really strange going on there. Firstly, the window for the room is directly next to a bar playing live music, sleeping was completely impossible until it stops at some point in the night. Its right outside the window. The sheets had blood stains on them, when we asked for new ones we were given a wet bedsheet to fit ourselves. The staff are miserable, just really unfriendly. 2 days out of 3 we had no hot water, which is just really annoying. For the price, its really bad. Save money and stay somewhere else

Very friendly staff and owner, who organised a pick up at the station very late at night! Large and comfortable room. Amazing breakfast spread. Good location, within walking distance of city sights. The terrace/ balcony could be better used (e.g comfier chairs/ smaller tables).

The hotel is in the very center of the old part of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The location is perfect. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional, always ready to help. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, pharmacies, shops, a bazaar and all the sights... everything you need...

Lovely boutique hotel！I love everything. People are always smiling and trying very hard to please us. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped well. They offer huge variety of breakfast with one hot dish. One minutes to Lyab-i Hauz but as it is not facing the main street, my room was very quiet. Some family members are miniature paint painters and they have a little gallery (dining room) and have another shop in the old quarter. The shop owner gave us 15% discount as we were hotel guests. I guess that the hotel name "miniature" is not for the size but for the art. My sons' room had a little complicated electric systems but it was not broken and they sorted it out themselves. Just ask the hotel people if you have this problem. Highly recommended! There is nothing I dislike!
