Excellent location, right off of Lyabi-Hauz. Breakfast was fresh and had a good, varied selection. Host family was so kind and warm - hospitality is definitely in their blood. Room was spacious and A/C worked well. Wifi was reliable. Thank you!

Room and location Breakfast was limited

The entire staff is so hospitable and friendly, always asking how things are going and if I needed anything additional. They are very willing to stop and chat at length, especially for the incredibly cheerful father, whose long Persian name I could never remember! And my room has an amazing plaster bas relief scene of ancient Khiva that must have taken days to create! VERY atmospheric! The warm radiator and a/c unit turned to heat keeps the room nice and cozy during the chilly November nights. And the shower gave lots of hot water at a strong pressure. The bed, which is quite hard, but it didn't stop me from sleeping like a baby, in the cozy warm, quiet room.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They took good care of us and also took us on a short excursion to visit some sites outside Bukhara and have a delicious lunch. The breakfast was really good.

Friendly staff of a family run hotel. They will make you B’fast till 9:30am depending on what type of eggs you enjoy. As my son was getting up late they were very helpful to make his B’fast and let me Take it to the room. The location is also close to all key historical attractions. Friendly family feel to the place. Just a small thing to further improve will be to have curtains/drapes which are thicker to block light.
