AC in the room was too weak

The location is fantastic right by the pretty pond/lake that comes alive at night with live music, people walking and pretty restaurant all around. The room is very spacious and the bed are very comfortable . Very clean . Very attentive , polite and professional staff. We loved everything. I would just say that the breakfast was not as great as other places I have been to in similar level hotels but still plenty of choices. They need a real coffee machine but you have a cute coffee place right next door (magic cafe ) which has delicious beverages, plov and even well priced carpets !

The location is perfectly situated in the old city and close to all sites. All the staff (especially Olim) are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have the information that you need. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of local food. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent Wi-Fi. Nothing

The hotel is centrally located, but rooms are reasonably quiet. The rooms and the common area are decorated in traditional style to a very high standard. Staffs service was excellent, and very accommodating to our last minute request. Special credit goes to Olim who's going to make it big in the hospitality business! Nothing. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on it.

The hotel is centrally located within the old city. The taxi cannot send you till the hotel so you will have to walk a bit to the hotel, just a short walk. The staffs speak English and are tremendously warm and keen to assist with anything. The room is very clean. Breakfast was good. It would be good if the room is equipped with a safe box.

Wished there was a bidet ( Shattafa) in the toilet.

Centrally located hotel in Bukhara old town. The rooms were clean, private and quiet. Restaurant, sites, and shopping are minutes away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arranged a seamless pickup from the airport. We recommend this hotel!

The hotel was completely new, clearly recently opened or renovated. All rooms faced the inner courtyard, so while there wasn’t a particular external view, the courtyard itself was very Cosy and pleasant. Room service was excellent and very fast, although slightly on the expensive side. Laundry service cost around $10 per kilogram, which is quite expensive compared to other cities and hotels in Uzbekistan. The location was outstanding. The entrance opened directly onto Labi-Hauz, placing you right in the heart of historic Bukhara. Sitting at the cafés by the pond, enjoying tea, and then returning to the hotel to relax is something I highly recommend. Also, don’t miss Joy Restaurant nearby — just make sure to reserve in advance. Despite the hotel being new, some equipment such as the air conditioning unit and refrigerator appeared to be older or possibly second-hand.

The shower didn't drain well.

What a great place! Centrally located with easy access to the old city and the main square. Great for kids since cars are not allowed in that area. Very nice old Bukhara design but quite freshly made. Can’t be more happy with the service, Olim mastered customer handling to the highest level possible. Great job and thanks to the team and management for our experience with Fatima hotel.

Great location. Nice staff. Big room. A little expensive. Breakfast was too simple. Only instant coffee! They really need to buy a coffee machine.
