1. We were sure we booked a 2 Queens bed plush sofa bed knowing very well it will 5 of us staying. But somehow, some way, our room was switched to a King bed only for 2 adults 2. When booking we're offered free breakfast but had to pay for breakfast.

We enjoyed the pool, grassy area, fitness room, & laundry room availability. The staff was extremely helpful and super friendly.

everything was nice, our roo was above hot tub, and it was a bit noisy with some late night hot robbers, so only suggestion is to get room away from that side or enforce a 10pm close of pool and hot tub area , other than that it was a nice place a conveniently located

We had to leave before breakfast, but had a fairly good chicken quesadilla for dinner. Parking was convenient. Room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities. Linens were nice and the bed comfortable. The bartender did not understand our order and brought wine that I didn't order and charged much more for that terrible wine than the wine I ordered cost. We were limited in what we bought for dinner because beef was advertised as "beyond meat".

We did not get the room type we booked. In 3 days our room was never cleaned. Apparently they have a new system and it has glitches. As of today we are not charged for parking though.

Poolside seating was perfect for our family gathering. Staff was AWESOME all around. Ollie had my AC unit fixed in less than ten minutes. Will be back again!
