The rooms were clean and they had limited gated parking with plenty of parking outside.

Rollover bed could not be provided even it was requested in advance. This is unacceptable.

Fernando was nice and good AC also close to many stores and food

Easy check in. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and updated. Parking was a little odd. Only one way in and one way out for parking.

This was a very popular hotel, which seems like a good sign. It was clean, and the staff was very helpful. It’s very close to the freeway, and with single paned windows, there was noise from the freeway. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

Clean spacious room

This hotel is just okay. It’s not nice, but it wasn’t terrible. I wish they had better blankets, they were so thin. The hotel was moderately maintained. It’s been updated, but it’s definitely not in perfect condition.

Great location, great staff, easy cash or debit deposit, clean rooms and location, free parking for one or more guest. Nice updated rooms.

The outside wasn't anything special, and the location right next to the freeway, while convenient, had us nervous. We were so pleasantly surprised by this property! Large spacious rooms with lots of storage for our family of 4- clothes, pool toys, snacks- we were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, discreet and very helpful- extra pillows and towels were brought to us immediately! The location was perfect for short trips to Universal, Griffith Observatory and cute shopping at Magnolia Park. Free parking! We definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a budget hotel but it was clean. Just outdated. The staff was helpful and professional.

The hotel is located, oddly, by the entrance of the freeway however, there was no significant noise that we were aware of. At least not the way other reviewers stated there was. The staff at the front desk were so friendly! Our room was very clean and this hotel offered amongst its amenities, a mini deodorant! I have traveled for many years to many countries and all over the US and this is a first for me! I absolutely loved that extra little touch of the deodorant.
