Great location and perfect for our vacation.

I requested housekeeping service with the front desk attendant before I left the room around 1pm and they explained it was too late for full service but they could clear out trash and towels left on the floor. Unfortunately, when I returned that night that wasn’t done so I when back to the front desk to pick up new towels. Slight inconvenience with a family of 5. The restaurant had good food and seems to be run by a dedicated couple. During my stay it was just them two working, so good to keep in mind. Well prepared food, made to order rather than fast food.

This is a quiet place to stop for a quick stay. I arrived late and left early so I did not have a chance to really experience the place fully. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

On a budget, this is a comfortable and safe hotel with a very nice pool and patio, the room looked excellent, in-room coffee was good, tv listing was very helpful, awesome staff! Very nice Cuban restaurant onsite. I would stay here any time I’m in the area on my own dime.

The property was clean. The staff was helpful. However, earlier check ins if rooms are available would have been nice. The biggest issue I had was the air conditioning. It sounded like a loud clunk every time it would come on and was extremely loud while it was running. It worked well, but kept us up at night. That is my only complaint with this hotel!

No microwave in rooms but 2 in the lobby. Hot and cold filtered water available at the gym. Water bottle dispenser in lobby. Large room. Large bathroom. Lots of mirrors for makeup. Sink outside bathroom and shower area very convenient. Looks like recently updated and renovated. Smelt good. Wall separating bathroom area from bedroom area was great. Fairly good stay except bathroom door didn’t have a lock, our safe was broken on arrival - security tried to help one night but no luck and no one ever said anything. So no safe for our valuables for 3 days. Fairly loud. Could hear the people above all night and morning walking around and people outside talking. Overall good stay and would stay again.

We ended up not checking in because they were really nasty. We are handicap. They wouldn’t even allow us to get the walkers out of the car because they wanted us to move. Well that was the most convenient way for us to get in and check in so the guy that came up to the car in the parking lot when we were getting ready to check in was very rude and nasty. I felt that I did not feel like staying somewhere like that if they were like that before I can check in, how will they be once I do so we ended up going over to the Quality Inn, which was great.

Overall for the value it was a great stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. But you definitely can tell it’s a place to go to save money. No extra amenities available. But I would stay there again because all the other options in the area are more expensive.

Front desk guy with glasses was very rude for no reason. Like he doesn’t like anyone talking to him or asking him questions. Almost cancelled just because of him.

The person on duty was very helpful arranging a ride to the airport.

Check in was great - the front desk attendant was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very quiet. The pool was a great way to spend the later afternoon and evening. The air conditioning was great and kept us cool during our stay! The location was great as we spend time at Universal Studios and it was only a short Lyft ride away. Would stay again!

Excellent, nice, clean rooms, big rooms, free parking and you can get it for your guest too. 100$ cash or card deposit. If cash you can get it back at check out. Nice, lowkey, quiet area and facility. Close to shopping center and airport. Affordable prices on rooms. Nice staff. And a designated smoking area.

Perfect, affordable room was exactly what we needed after a long day at Universal. I would say one night or a quick, convenient stay is more appropriate for this property. Comfy bed, quiet room, easy parking.
