Customer service was terrible.

This was my 4th stay at this location & it’s my go to hotel every time I visit SoCal. It was really busy this trip due to the FIFA World Cup so checking in took some time where it normally does not but the staff handled it well. I’ll definitely be back.

I disliked that the property is not very walkable to any points of interests or shopping. Paying for parking is irksome, and I got a notification about 5 hours early that the 24hr parking I had paid for had expired well ahead of the 24hr mark. We liked the happy hour. The bartender was helpful and engaging to talk to. Not sure we would go out of our way to stay here again.

The coffee maker didn’t work properly. I called front asking to send someone. A man came 15 min. later but he was in a hurry and just left some coffee, sugar and milk. The machine worked only one out of ten times.

The maintenance is awesome in the hotel. Everything just works! Cheery on top, its super clean. We took two rooms and the hotel was accommodating enough to give us side by side and the kids had a lovely time.

Two of our flights got delayed and we had to book a last minute hotel for the night and they guy at the desk was so nice

Hotel was very nice. Only complaint I would say is the parking is pretty expensive. I stayed for 9 days and paid almost $300 for parking.

The Front desk staff, Suzy and Zuri were very kind and friendly. They helped us as much as they could. Although, there was not anything to be done about the coffee maker and microwave. The breakfast we ordered was very delicious and the man we ordered from was also very kind and helpful. We were glad we came to Cambria to stay. We hope that next time they make sure that the coffee maker and microwave are working.

New property with all the modern touches and spaciousness. I did not care for the $26 parking fee.

During my return stay I utilized the text feature to request trash removal and towels replenished around 7 am, I returned around 2 pm to find they only removed towels and trash from main room but left all trash in bathroom and NO towels. Texted again and ZERO reply. Why would you remove trash from just one part of the room? Also to note: the room listing states “Housekeeping (daily)” but you actually have to request if you want any service whatsoever and when you do it’s incomplete, at least in our case it was. For the remainder of my stay I had 1 towel left since no one cared to reply. The whole experience soured the rest of the trip. I have to be back to Burbank next week and it definitely influences my choice whether I stay there again when there are so many comparable options in the area.

This was a nice clean property and it had everything I needed. Not a smile from a single person I dealt with at the front desk, and the young lady handling the coffee bar in the morning seemed like she hadn't interfaced with humans before. So expect to have to give a little more with every staff interaction and you'll be fine.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the staff are all very nice.
