it was clean very spacious . the person who checked me In was helpful they kept my 50 dollar deposit because I woke up late and had a late check out. this was never staged to me upon check in nor do I recall signing anything that’s states they would keep my money if I had a late check out. the area seemed like you probably shouldn’t hang outside by yourself at night but nothing to crazy

Rooms are very spacious, well kept, no dirty carpet like most hotels (loved the floors) AC working properly, everything was great! No loud noises, great view of freeway and city lights from second floor …..free parking on site …..really enjoyed the stay here ….would stay again No complains

The rooms, especially the bathrooms have been recently renovated and modernized, looks good. The room has no carpet and you have to keep your shoes on or have the cold from the tiles transfer to your body. They don't provide slippers to compensate for that. Also, there are no hangers. The AC is noisy. Our sleep was disturbed multiple times by noisy people around the property, and by other guests in the nearby rooms. The pillows were hard and could not have a comfortable night's sleep. The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. For the price they charge, this is a rip off.

Great location if you’re going to universal. Room are nice and big. Walls are pretty thin you can hear everything around you.

It looks like they made an effort to brighten up an old motel. Minimalist design. It's right off the highway, so passing trucks vibrate the whole building. It's loud and the weather stripping doesn't cover the whole door, so bugs get in. Beds were hard and pillows were very lumpy.

Rooms are smelling moldy and floor is not cleaned properly. It' close to main road and high chances of homeless people can enter the property(Seen a homeless lady was entering property and went to second floor)

Clean and big room , bathroom was remodeled very nice Very noisy from both sides front and back is very busy lots of cars passing by freeways in back The pillows were not comfortable no hanger for your clothes

We ear a lot of noise from outside and from the room's upstairs the bathroom was clean but at night bugs came out from the walls

Not really anything. The location was not great, the grounds were sub-standard. There were no sheer curtains only blackout curtains, so I could not keep the curtains open for natural lighting. The floor was discustingly dirty, they do not seem to think mopping the floor is a good idea when cleaning a room.

If there was food it was not made clear. We I can’t answer Floors were slippery. Had to ask for toilet paper.

Nothing. Shower was full of spiders and other people's hairs and pubes. The nightstand drawer had beer cans and condoms wrappers in them. The bathroom also had beer cans inside it. Clearly no one actually went through and cleaned the place before I stayed.

Room was clean It's in bad area. Cops rolling through the parking lot, vending machine pretty much empty, lots of noise. Definitely not worth $120 a night
