Best Western Burbank Airport Inn

Good breakfast. Our 1st room smelled of urine, gross. They moved us next morning, 2nd floor though so noise above us, and beds were hard. But it was clean, at least.

Breakfast is good. The kitchen lady Laura does a good job cleaning the dining area and keep food warm and ready

The staff is nice. Recommendation for improvement: the rooms need blackout curtains. The window does not filter the noise outside.

Very clean and well run hotel. My room on the third floor was quiet and parking was very easy. Would stay again.

Clean room very convenient location if you are going to Universal Studios however parking was not great they had a very small parking lot half of it was for double parking so inconvenient if you need to leave in a hurry.

The hotel building feels very old, and the rooms have a strong unpleasant smell. The bathrooms also smelled bad and did not feel clean. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working during my stay, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was very nice, room was a little tight but otherwise it was a really nice experience.

Blocked parking I was not a fan of. Staff did move cars quickly to unblock. This happened only once out of 5 days. Staff are friendly.

Easy access, parking and lots of amenities.

Sometimes you have to tandem park. No swimming pool if a person is looking for a hotel with one.

There were people smoking in the parking lot, homeless people wandering through the lobby, and the area rug in the lobby was stained and filthy. The “receptionist” was nice enough to cancel my reservation after I called Expedia and told them there was no way I was going to stay at that property. Expedia should remove it from their site!

Great location, handy for bus to take you to the north hollywood metro. Tasty breakfast, comfy beds, parking underneath the hotel. Some furniture a bit tired and worn, see attached photos of chair and bedside cabinet. There are double parking spots on one side of the garage, it would be easy to get blocked in. You are meant to leave your car keys with reception to prevent this happening.

The room was great, roomy, quiet, with all the expected amenities. Took advantage of free breakfasts often; very tasty with great variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
