First time stay here. Great experience. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the cafe is also great. Definitely if I’m back in Burbank I will stay at this hotel again.

Morning staff was great, the night staff was very rude and unprofessional. Would’ve been 5 stars all around if not for that.

Staff very helpful. Only downside were the walls and floors sounded like they were thin as we could hear everything going on to the side of us and above us.

The room was extremely hot even with the AC on and the bed was so uncomfortable.

Everything about the property was amazing location was amazing lots of things to do around the area. Hotel was wonderful the staff was great but if you're looking to use the gym while at the hotel that's the main factor then I would reconsider put the gym is small and they don't hardly have anything in there but other than that everything was absolutely wonderful would definitely come back
