Amazing staff! Amazing Breakfast!

Clean room, easy check in and out, good parking.

First time staying at one of the hotels 3 day stay 10/10 with cleanliness 10/10 staff was great Very prompt to help the only negative was the bed was a little too firm for us I give it a 5/10 and that’s very important especially comfort when staying away from home with the price we had paid also you have to pay 30.00 a night to park in the garage which is ridiculous since your already paying for your stay you can park on the street for free but also you have to pray no one hits your car and watch the signs so you want get towed

The breakfast was another area that could use some improvement. There weren’t many options available, and I was disappointed that waffles were not offered, as they are a common breakfast option at many hotels and our kiddos enjoy. Overall, we had a good stay, but having more breakfast choices, daily housekeeping, and ensuring all room amenities are working properly would make the experience even better for future travelers.

Got my best night sleep on their beds according to my watch. Large big rooms.

I left my makeup bag in the bathroom u def the sink. called a couple hours after checking out and they say they didn’t find it. I know for certain that’s where it was left so housekeeping stole it.

Centrally Located in area with lists of restaurants and shops.

Good location for Warner Bros Studio and access to the rest of LA. Spacious room for family of 5 and plenty of on site parking albeit with a $30 per day charge. Breakfast wasn't sufficient for the size or amount of people staying at the hotel. Long queues with limited seating. Often food not replenished from 8.30.

Booking.com is horrible customer service the charge me for 2 rooms some how i had a reservation for 2 rooms and refused to refund the second room waiving cancellation they mentioned d the hotel rejected it but i talked to front desk and they never recived an email or phone call even tho i was on the phone with booking.com rep and was worthless i tried to get them to talk on my phone and she was not able to do anything its some over sees people and from the looks of it there is no communication with booking.com and the actuall hotel. Worst customer service ive ever experienced from a booking agency

Great stay! The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Love the outdoor/pool area access from the room with a little patio. Love the seating area with a couch, big tv, microwave and mini fridge. Great breakfast!

The breakfast might’ve been nice if there was any food left. We got there just before 9AM, not knowing they were closed. The nice lady found us some bread to toast and some juice. There would’ve been eggs and bacon if we had gotten there earlier. I purposely forgot that hotel to be able to have a breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel was good. The water was so soft that it was actually hard to get the soap off showering and washing your hands.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. Great pool and property! Would stay again.

Spacious room and shared zones

This hotel was perfect for our family get away. I feel like so many hotels don't accommodate more than 2 kids, so I'm always looking for one that can keep our 3 with us. This hotel happily slept our family of 5. The staff was so friendly. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. This was such a convenient location as well: we took a trip to Santa Monica pier which was only about 45 minutes away. The other days were spent going to Universal Studios which was only a 15 minute drive through a super nice part of Burbank. Breakfast before our long park days was a great way to start. The only recommendation I have is to get another waffle machine at breakfast so their isn't a long wait.

Rooms were clean spacious comfortable beds the staff were friendly smooth check in check out the breakfast was good every day different items on the menu easy access to the parking close to shopping mall and restaurants room service is good strongly recommended N/A
