Not a clean room ! Room had a public restroom smell. Dust everywhere

Even though the outside looks like a certain way trust me it’s very nice inside

Parking spots were hard to find due to cafe staff taking up most of them. Room was big but wasnt swept on arrival shower was dirty could use a deep clean. Breakfast was good, convenient location. Room has a bug on the wall as soon as I walked in.

We did not feel comfortable staying and had to pay for another hotel. I tried to save money but ended up spending much more. This property was definitely not worth what I paid. I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.

First of all you walk in the hotel and the AC is not working and the room was completely hot and there was a towel under the AC unit not only that the place look unsafe and unsanitary when I told staff about my concerns he mainly just said yes to my concerns without offering any help. I felt like you just wanted to get the conversation over with and didn’t want to be helpful also when confronted with the situation, he acted confused that he didn’t know, but then confessed that he didn’t know which makes no sense. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. Also, I am currently battling to get my refund which has been really stressful when I didn’t even stay there. I was in there for less than five minutes.

This motel is old and looks sketchy. Our room was behind/not even connected to the main office by the dumpster. One day no bfast served due to technical reasons. Next day we were at dining/reception area (yes, shared area) at 8:35am for bfast and we were told no more food though they were supposed to have bfast til 9am. Not coming back here. I give this 1 out of 5 stars

The first night I couldn’t get to an atm arrived at 130-2 in the am alone and they made me walk the streets

Property was filthy ….the first unit they put us in the door would not open. It was jammed and could only be open with a physical key the front desk had. They offered us the room still knowing that the door didn’t work and I have no idea why because why would we want to call down and wait each time we need to leave the room? The second unit the gave us was downstairs. Everything was filthy. The AC unit was broken and all the pieces were on the floor. It was 89 degrees and they wanted us to stay in there with no ac. I immediately contact Expedia and requested a refund sent pictures of the room and explained the situation but they advised the hotel would need to be the one to process the refund. This was weds night it’s now Sunday and we still do not have our refund…. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even if it was free.

Staff was very helpful and cooperative.
