Clean room, good breakfast, good location.

Everything great. Love it

I’ve stayed at this property over 15 stays. The cleaning staff are amazing. The common areas are well maintained. The rooms are freshly clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. I’ve never had any issues. It’s also very convenient to get around. We visit Salem and Boston and it’s usually no more than 30 minutes to drive to each location. The Burlington Mall next door is great. I highly recommend visiting.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was good close to Lahey Clinic and the Mall. Our only reason for moving was because we did not have any transportation. We needed to go to the Grocery Store and to the CVS pharmacy as well as to the Market Basket. Other than there was nothing within walking distance for us.

Room was clean and nice staff

Extremely disappointed & upset that the hot tub is no longer there (it has been filled in for good), even though the listing & the official website for the hotel still talk about having a whirlpool & have pictures of it. We feel cheated, as this is the reason we chose this hotel.

I had a 2 night stay which wasn’t long but I felt like the hotel was pretty clean although the elevators had an unusual smell to it. The mattress topper on the sofa bed needed to be changed as it had what looked like dried blood on it but I had no other issues.

Our whole family including my teens love to stay here. Everything is very convenient, nice and clean. What we love most is housekeeping eveyday and keep it clean everyday, change fresh towels.

The place is very clean and very beautiful.

Loved the property, high level of cleanliness, gym was great and staff is kind and always helping. I was working from the lobby area for the most part and the decor was amazing in the video calls. Highly recommend.
