Comfort Inn Burlington

The room was clean but had an odour of mustiness and the cleaning product used in so many hotels. The front desk staff and the woman working in the breakfast room were both very nice. The mattress on the bed was so high that getting into the bed was a challenge. I'm 5'3'' which is short but not overly short for a woman.

Ease of booking through booking.com at the last minute. Dog friendly. The smell pf mold, dirty rugs and walls masked by a horrible choking deodorizer- gave me a sore throat, and had trouble breathing. The bed was incredibly lumpy.

Cleaner tables in the dining room, and there needs to be more waffle makers!!

Great staff. Worth the price. Dusty feeling after ac turned on. Could do better on that aspect as guests stay overnight . You don’t want to get sick after staying at hotel

Breakfast was a good selection of food, and appreciated when you are traveling for work and don't want to have to go out to get breakfast on the go. Location was good for me. Room was very damp and humid and I couldn't get the temperature to regulate. Showers are very low pressure. Other than that all was well with the room.

Comfortable room, big fridge, microwave. Clean. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast! Rooms were a bit run down… like the bathroom. Not bad, just could use a wee update.

Check‑in was not welcoming, and the room key didn’t work on the first try. The room itself was acceptable, though it had a dated popcorn ceiling and some visible delamination in one corner. The room had opening sliding door to the outside but no screen. The queen bed mattress was the worst I’ve experienced in many years. When sitting on the edge, you could feel the springs, and they were uneven. Both sides of the mattress had deep, worn‑in spots from long‑term use. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The lobby and the breakfast was very good problems accessing the room , room was not clean , and did not smell good , the mattress was finished as springs were coming out and poking us in the ribs , there was hair in the bathtub , the toilet paper holder so far from the toilet , that you have to get up get your toilet paper and then sit back down . We go to a lot Comfort Inn. , this is the worst one you've ever stayed at . I would never go back.

Location and great breakfast items! The scrambled eggs were exceptional! There was nothing wrong with this hotel!

Breakfast above average for included. Clean and comfy The tub was very slippery when entering your take shower. Bath mat in order for safety.

The beds and pillows are verey confortable.

Everything. The staff are exceptional as well. Every stay with the comfort has always been an excellent experience but this stay was by far outstanding. There was nothing not to like. I like the grounds and the lay out as well.

Another great stay at this location! I had a handicap parking permit, but another car was parked right and I couldn't use the other space
