Just the staff súper Friendly.!! Everything .!! The room so dusty , we couldn’t walk with out shoes.!! All the windows and furniture was so dirty and dusty .!! And they didn’t came to make cleaning on the second day , we arrived late and the bars weren’t mated .!! Really a bad experience.!!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was ok. Dishonest customer service. The front desk misled me, and the manager refused to help. Breakfast was terrible The pool looked unclean. No soap in the shower.

The breakfast was fresh with good selection. The pancake machine was very cool. There were some stains on the curtains but otherwise it seemed okay.

There's a pool. There's a sauna. It's clean. They have Keurig coffee makers. There's breakfast. The bed is a decent size. It's quiet. The pool needs to be cleaned more frequently. The pillows were too soft and squishy. We had to request the sauna be turned on. I cook a better breakfast.

Great staff, good breakfast, pool facilities were nice, comfy beds, clean rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby by and easy access to main roads. Lots of parking. Easy check-in The restaurant next door you need a reservation which we weren't aware of. However, the restaurant staff was helpful in navigating where other restaurants are located down the road. This of course was no fault of the hotel itself.

Was good stay until I had an issue with overlapping booking which some female staff (elisa) and another one (forgot her name ) was very uncooperative with and had a Booking staff call them twice and they denied that they were called earlier. Which cost me a one day without refund. Facility was clean and decent, other staff Abdi and others were super nice, breakfast was not bad ( egg omelette are overcooked tho)

Great location for Niagara Falls and international airport. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Jake’s Bar and Grill was right next door very handy for an evening meal. The rooms seemed to be soundproof apart from the door where you could hear noise and see light from the corridor, this wasn’t a huge issue as most other guests were respectful.
