Overall a decent hotel, there is construction going on but it wasn’t a bother. The pool was nice and the rooms were quiet at night.

we stayed on the first floor with windows right to the entrance- not a good idea

First thing that happened was they sold out the room we booked, which meant our child had to sleep on a pull out couch instead of a normal bed we paid for. This wouldn’t have been so terrible if the couch mattress wasnt 100 years old with no sheets or bedding provided. The other issue was our shower filled with long black hair stuck to the walls. The pool is absolutely not heated as advertised and was the only reason we booked this hotel so we were very let down. The final cherry on top was the fire alarm going off and having to evacuate. The place looks okay but is run like a college dorm. Absolutely turned me off from staying at more Hilton’s

The hotel is quite large and very well maintained. The section of the hotel where we stayed was recently built, so everything was modern and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional, helpful, and pleasant. The hotel is a quick five-minute bus ride, which is located right outside the hotel, from downtown. We enjoyed our stay.
