I liked the location and how the hotel felt relaxed and easy going. The rest of the guest seemed like nice and decent people and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary, but you could tell they work hard to keep their daily breakfast clean and well stocked. They offered several options and the food was fresh. The coffee was really good! It could have been cleaner, the elevator rug is just so sad and dirty. The cleaning lady was extremely noisy and she was always on her phone outside of our room.

Beds were comfortable. It was nice getting pretzels and water at check in. Close to the airport. Carpets smelled musty.

The lobby is pretty nice, the breakfasts are ok, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that carpet in the elevator was filthy and looking at it after another guest told us his room had not been cleaned, shook my confidence. A simple change in carpeting would help.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and I have to say this time was a complete turnoff. I know it’s a basic hotel but there were multiple cleanliness/sanitary issues that I seen during my 2 night stay. The tub and wall surround in our bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned thoroughly in a while, with black mold, orangey soap scum and dirty base. The hallways had a foul stench up on the 3rd floor when passing a couple of rooms. One of the housekeepers was bringing fresh sheets up in the elevator and she just dropped them on the dirty elevator floor so she didn’t have to hold them. The morning we were checking out I had seen little red bugs on the walls near the elevator. I was paranoid about bed bugs. It was a total deterrent from ever wanting to stay there again. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel was the easy breezy check-in and check-out. This property is need of renovation and all around better cleanliness.

Staff at Check-in was delightful and very helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Very early departure so didn’t get to try pool or breakfast. Very reasonable price and easy access for a short stay.

Found a tick in the shower and ants on the window sill. The curtains did not close the whole way. The hallway smelled of cigarette. All around, we did not feel too safe. We slept and got the hell out of there first thing in the morning. Price did NOT meet quality.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable Our room was next to the lobby and the staff was talking loudly until about 11:30 PM. Our toilet was clogged and it took 2 hours to get someone to unclog it.

We were welcomed warmly and given a spacious room. Having a small fridge was great. The bed was quite comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. Everything in the room was immaculate. We liked the water cooler in the lobby. Breakfast was ok but not great. We went down at 9:10 (it closed at 9:30) and the hot water for my tea was lukewarm. I heated my paper cup of water in the microwave, which had a spill in it.

Very good breakfasts. Room was acceptable. The carpet in the hallway and elevator was atrociously dirty. The driveway to the parking lot had deep pot holes that needed to be filled.

I don't recommend relying on using the pull-out couch. Even my 8 year-old complained about the mattress. Definitely don't expect an adult to use it!
