Wyndham Minneapolis South/Burnsville

The bed & pillows were comfy. The staff were friendly. Location was perfect. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker are in the bathroom...GROSS! The hot tub and pool are not clean at all, black all over. The restaurant for breakfast took FOREVER, only a few tables with people. Had to ask for drinks or things multiple times. Ordered a bloody mary half way through eating and never received, asked for the bill and got the bloody mary.

The air-conditioning was out and they never noticed anyone. The shower leaked.

We never stayed as they were without air and did not notify us of this at all.

We checked in only to find out that the rooms had no air conditioning. It was downright deceitful on their part. People just kept checking in not being made aware of the lack of air conditioning. I guess I should have know something was wrong when the parking lot was only 1/2 full at night. The people working there were lovely and probably were being told what they needed to do. We checked in on a Tuesday and did not receive any clean towels for the rest of our stay. I, of course, booked through Expedia, so I have the wonderful job of trying to get a refund. We finally checked out 3 days early. The worse thing was my son was getting married, which is stressful to begin with, but this exacerbated the situation. Shame on the management!!

Iv traveled all over the world- literally, and iv never had to pay for WiFi in my room. Shame on you .

The AC wasn't working throughout the hotel. We kept our room as cool as possible but the halls were warm. The rooms are outdated and cleaning alone isn't going to make it feel nice anymore. The water was trickling out of the tub faucet all day and night. Somebody had a large dog in their room and it was barking much of the first night we were there.

Air conditioning not working when I stayed

Very run down place! Front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. We did not get any hassle asking for a refund so we could book another hotel.

Issues with the toilet in our room. Smell of sewer gas during stay as well.

The ac in the hotel wasn't working properly during this stay

The room was nice, but the A/C didn't work and this was very but timing as it was over 90⁰ that day, the unit is also too small for the room. The shower head only worked on 1 setting and it was very poor. The bed was not comfortable at all. I would not book again.

No air conditioning. This hotel should be shut down.

The mini fridge, coffee pot and micro were in the bathroom. That is gross to keep kitchen type things in the bathroom. Our tub was peeling and it look gross. The bed was fine.

No air conditioning. Staff said the whole hotel was out. They should have told us when we checked in and we maybe could have found a different hotel. When we checked out a guest told us they had air conditioning and it was cold in their room. What the heck!!! It was 78 in our room when we checked out. We could have asked for a different room. I don’t think we should have had to pay for this room.

The hotel was great. The anarchy of 500 children and intoxicated parents in the lobby and blocking hallways made it impossible to use any of the amenities. I understand they also paid for there rooms and amenities but since parents won't control their children our their selves maybe staffs should step in.
