Nothing to complain about

The mini fridge, coffee pot and micro were in the bathroom. That is gross to keep kitchen type things in the bathroom. Our tub was peeling and it look gross. The bed was fine.

No air conditioning. Staff said the whole hotel was out. They should have told us when we checked in and we maybe could have found a different hotel. When we checked out a guest told us they had air conditioning and it was cold in their room. What the heck!!! It was 78 in our room when we checked out. We could have asked for a different room. I don’t think we should have had to pay for this room.

The staff were very personable and helpful!

The hotel was great. The anarchy of 500 children and intoxicated parents in the lobby and blocking hallways made it impossible to use any of the amenities. I understand they also paid for there rooms and amenities but since parents won't control their children our their selves maybe staffs should step in.

It was a last minute stay, but it was great. Convenient access to interstate. Quiet and there was coffee with grab and go snacks on our floor by the elevators. The check in was quick and efficient, and the clerk was friendly.

The AC didn’t work at all. Was dying of heat all night. No shower head on the shower, so good luck using that. Bathroom sink and shower also don’t drain to save your life. Room was just not clean. Also no continental breakfast. This was maybe the worst hotel in Minneapolis I’ve ever stayed at. Motel 6 would be better

Hotel and staff were great. We came for a sports event and had a longer stay. The kitchenette in the bathroom was a little odd at first but worked out in our morning bathroom routines.

Brittany is the most amazing front desk person. Always helpful, always happy and smiling.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating Room ac didn’t work. Had to be moved. Another guest on our team had a child locked in the bathroom because the door was jammed. One night the elevator didn’t work to the 5th floor. Another family from the team showed up with a reservation but didn’t have that room available. Lots of things to go wrong facility and process wise, but the staff did everything they could with what they have.

Not the best experience. Just in general the property wasnt in great shape. The hot tub was closed without notice at booking. The staff acted like every request was a horrible burden.

Easy access off 35E. Hotel very clean and staff friendly room was very clean ! Not a thing
