LivINN Hotel Minneapolis South / Burnsville

Room 118 had an odd riser/curb in the bathroom floor that made using the sink difficult, stubbed my toes on it. Otherwise, nice place to stay overnights for work.

Great hotel. All staff were great and accomodating

They have a very friendly staff and great free coffee by the front door.

Would not recommend if you have the funds to splurge on a better hotel. We wont stay again! Our bathroom had a sliding door with no lock which makes it uncomfortable with staying with multiple people. Our shower (room #416) had very low pressure while our a/c made a loud "scratching" noise the entire time it ran. We were all settled in and so I never asked to change rooms. Coffee cups for breakfast held very little liquid. Food choice was fair. Staff was helpful although never saw anyone at the front desk the entire time we were here. I thought that was unprofessional. There is a button and you are supposed to push it each time to alert staff.

Outside of the building is dark and dungy. Could use some bright colors

The room was great and clean,the desk staff was hard working. The breakfast was the best and the breakfast staff was friendly and hardworking.

They were doing work on the parking lot while I was there so there weren’t any spaces available. I have stayed before and not typically an issue but I wasn’t able to charge my EV car because other cars were parked in those spots.

We were impressed by this very value friendly hotel. My husband was a little leery because of how cheap we got the room, but I could tell by the pictures and reviews that it was probably going to be nice, and it did not disappoint. My husband went on and on about how clean everything was there. The room was comfortable and clean as well. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it was on par or better than most more expensive places. I ranked the amenities lower only because we didn't really use any, so I really couldn't tell you about that. I don't know if they had a pool, exercise room, Business Center, etc, as these were not something that we required.

I moved to Motel 6. Seriously the outside will make you think twice, but If you go further and give it a chance its worth it. Cheaper than both Burnsville Suites, and LivINN, no breakfast, but I work and most hotels don't serve breakfast in time for the working man. You get room service EVERYDAY, and don't have to beg to get it. I get home from work and my room is clean!!! Thank you Motel 6!!

Not bad for the dollar. Room smelled like bleach. Towels smelled like a low end soap. Best rating would be OK.

Easy access to the highway and surprisingly quiet. Perfect for road-weary travelers for a one-night stay. Great coffee!

This hotel seemed old that someone attempted to update but it didn't quite work out. It looked nice but was very dark and not the cleanest feeling. I couldn't get myself to take my socks off and didn't want to take a shower without shoes on. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
