Couch in room has stains on the arms from who knows what. Beds and shower felt clean, could smell the chlorine from the pool on the first floor, odor was very strong.

Had 2 pre-wrapped pastries (Honey Buns or chocolate donuts or muffins) out at breakfast. Coffee and Hot chocolate available all day. Pool was ice cold, hot tub was good. Overall, decent budget hotel.

Lady at front desk was amazing!!!! She got us a close room for my friend who is disabled, room was super clean. Only draw back: need a better breakfast.. frozen doughnuts almost broke my tooth. Overall, a nice place!!!

I BOOKED THIS HOTEL TO GO TO A SHOW AT THE NEW MYSTIC LAKE AMPHITHEATER. THE REVIEWS SAY THAT IT IS UNACCEPTABLE PLACE AND IT WAS IN A GOOD DISTANCE VERSUS HOTELS THAT WERE CHARGING $500 A NIGHT JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE A VENUE NEARBY NOW. WHEN MY 10-YEAR-OLD SON AND I ARRIVED. THERE WAS A WOMAN IN THE PARKING LOT WHO LOOKED VERY SKETCHY AND INFORMED ME THAT HER CATALYTIC CONVERTER HAD BEEN STOLEN OFF HER VEHICLE THE PRIOR NIGHT AND THAT I SHOULDN'T PARK MY CAR IN THIS LOT. I DECIDED TO WALK INSIDE TO GET A VIBE FOR THE PLACE AND REALIZE THAT EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE DID NOT MATCH UP WITH THE REVIEWS. THE PERSON WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ON HER PHONE AND DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE WERE WALKING IN AND LOOKING AROUND THE PLACE. THERE WAS AN ABANDONED PAIR OF DIRTY SHOES IN THE PARKING LOT. THE OUTSIDE WAS UNCAPPED THE WHOLE PLACE JUST MADE YOU FEEL UNEASY. WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR, I DECIDED TO CALL THE LOCAL PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT NONEMERGENCY LINE TO ASK THEM IF THEY HAD HAD ANY REPORTS OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WHICH I WAS TOLD. YES THERE IS A LOT OF POLICE CALLS TO THIS AREA AND SHE RECOMMENDED NOT STAYING HERE IF IT FELT OFF. Needless to say we did not stay at this hotel and I would not recommend this area if you are looking for a safe place.

Do not listen to the people slandering this hotel! The beds were clean with no bugs, the fridge was huge, and overall the room itself had everything you would need for a 1-2 night stay. People expect to pay 70 dollars for a room and live like kings, for 70 bucks this hotel is fantastic. The hot tub was nice even though the jets didn’t work, the pool was large, they had 3 vending machines with snacks that were so cheap I almost went and bought everything in them like seriously it felt like stealing. The arcade machines didn’t work but who cares?! Again it is a 70 dollar hotel that isn’t supposed to have every sort of entertainment and experience known to man. Free breakfast, CLEAN ROOMS with NO BUGS, a pool AND a hot tub. If you are just staying the night and need a place to sleep that has some nice amenities, this is the place!! Also do not base your decision off of the pictures of this hotel! The Expedia pictures are extremely outdated and the room was much nicer and more modern than the pictures show. Happy travels!

Hotel was close to where we were were going. Staff was friendly and attentive for the most part

The only issue is the limited parking. Other than that, I highly recommend this property to everyone. I plan on staying here again on the future trips I have scheduled.

Looks sketch - kind of is. Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at but definitely not the best either. 3 out of 5 is generous

It was priced right it was close to bus line and i happy with the room
-
The pools really nice . The people and staff were friendly . The rooms are a bit outdated but it was a good stay . Didn’t care much for the breakfast tho it could use a little variety and maybe some fresh fruit for those who don’t do donuts .

Everything was fine. Breakfast was sad, but for the price I couldn’t complain

I must have forgotten the size of a queen bed because they seemed a little small to me, but besides that, everything else was great! The bathroom sparkly white clean. Like the bathtub looked newly installed. The pool area nice and well kept. The rooms were well kept and in place. Staff very friendly and helpful. A gas station within walking distance. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Overall we recommend for the price! Will stay again!

I checked in with my daughter giving it the benefit of the doubt after getting the key to the room entering the room. The lamp shades were dusty, turned on the ac it had a musty moldy smell in which my daughter has very bad allergies. I went to use the bathroom to change and there was a decent size spider in which I have a phobia with from previous hospital experience. The chair that was in the room was maybe a suede in which I will always in hotels sit in to help unwind and I couldn’t very disgusting dirty. We checked out 15 mins later. I told the front host I will be checking out and she didn’t ask no questions which was more upsetting. Had to leave to go find a last min hotel with my daughter.

It was a small motel and I was pleased with the nice employees. The rooms are go size beds are comfortable and bed spreads are soft!!! Enough towels for a family of 4 in the double rooms!!!

Battery was dead the morning we were to leave. The manager came out with his car and jump started using. Got to the airport on time.

I was very surprised, it is what it is.... an older hotel that is comfortable (excellent beds), basic layout, and working shower/sink). TV worked as did HVAC. So what if it is 90-ish and not a HGTV like room, it is perfect for the weary traveler. No bugs, no filth, it just is a good hotel. Will use again.

The room was clean, but I wished I would have specifically asked for a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was small and there wasn’t a tall toilet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I asked questions about the area. The recliner was definitely old and had seen its better day, but it served the purpose. The bed made noises every time I moved. I wondered if the mattress was on a sheet of plywood. It wasn’t a problem.
