The recliner in rooms were really stained and arm rests ripped they took a deposit for non smoking room took 2 days for money to be returned to card

Phone didn't work. Notified them immediately and after two days it never was fixed. Lights in the room were broken the thermostat didn't work. On the up side it was inexpensive so you truly get what you pay for.

Room was ok. Had horrible smell to it. Like a smoker was in it and old ppl and was hot in entire hotel besides the pool was freezing cold. Couldn't even be in it kuz of my neck n back it caused to seize up from it being so cold. Kids didnt even wanna swim it it kuz of how cold it was. Hot tub was really small so couldn't go in when other ppl in it kuz their kids were playing in it kuz cold pool. Halls and lobby and open area top steps by room was like a sauna. Def not worth my money at all. Wasted my time and my money and gas to drive 2.5 hours

Don't be fooled by the free breakfast if that's important to you. At 9am there was ONE package of hostess chocolate covered donuts on a tray and the coffee pot swarmed with cleaning staff. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was nice although I wish I'd brought my own blanket and pillow. The comforter felt like it was military grade. I'd stay there again for a place to sleep for the price.

I booked 2 separate rooms for Summerslam weekend, chose to pay for the rooms upon arrival. When I got there after night 1 Summer slam I was notified that there was only 1 room available that they tried to charge my card but it was declined, never received neither notification. So we took the 1 room for the night. The next day we go down to get another room because we was told there would be more rooms the next day, and when that time came was told there was no rooms available but that they was going to just cancel someone else’s reservation to give us the other room. This place is very unprofessional. I drove 9 hours away with the expectation of have 2 rooms for 2 nights each. A major disappointment. Then there was broke glass all over outside..

The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine that you can smell it in the hallways and it was burning my eyes just being in them. The breakfast wasn't much. The room was nice.

Room was clean, appreciated the size of the refer/freezer. Did not use internet, pool and hot tub seemed to be well maintained and clean. Used both. Only real complaint is the "breakfast". What a complete joke. Hot chocolate, coffee, store bought mini donuts and honey buns. I spent 19 yrs traveling weekly for work, across the globe, and this is about the most pathetic "breakfast" I have ever seen.

Second time staying here. We enjoy this place very much, though it is quite a busy place with a diverse population. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hot tub rocks and the bedrooms are acceptable. Mostly, the location and price are right.

Easy access to gas stations, & the interstate..Quiet location & restaurants near by…Take advantage of a working hot tub which a lot of hotels have but are non functional…Nice & helpful staff..

There was a strong smoke smell in lobby and halls but room was fresher. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well in room. Has been updated from some pictures and was a great one night stay for the occasion as well as priced well. Pool area looked nice but didn't have time to use and didn't need breakfast so can't comment. Parking was limited when arrived back late night due to several larger vehicles and construction equipment. Would stay again if needed.

Sheets stained, lots of long hair on pillow cases and towels
-
Better breakfast
-
Would definitely stay again!
-
Very comfortable room at a reasonable price.
-
Yes I was denied service upon arrival I do not stay here so I don't know why I was charged really?
-
We had to get a different room because of the horrible chemical smell, the second room was ok. The breakfast only had pre-packaged rolls. And the two days that we were there the cops had to visit three times.
-
the price is affordable its just that some of the applicances in the room should be change already like iron or microwave are not working anymore. plus the couch bedside needs to be change too. You cannot sit on it coz it material is not clean anymore. for the whole room its clean actually but some part ot the inn is cluttered. For breakfast try to have or add more choices for pastries or continental breakfast.

Room was nice' building was dated. Blue collar hotel
