Centrally located, close to shopping and attractions. Tour buses picked us up from the front of the property. Tima the manager was great! We needed some adjustments and she really came through for us. If you can afford a little bit more, try to book one of the Romantic Villas, they are so worth the extra money!

Unit was very well appointed and bathroom updated but useless large shower head kept dripping cold water when using hand held. Bed and pillows were absolutely terrible, dreadful hard lumps. Bed linen old and worn, towels non drying. Rental car very old and almost impossible to get out of. Uncomfortable lounge.

Lovely staff and great locations. Rooms have everything you need. Doors didn’t lock very well, and it’s very rarely when it’s windy. Lack of locks didn’t seem to matter on the island.

Cumberland Resort & Spa were great at communicating with us regularly and organizing our tours we selected. Staff were helpful and ever so friendly. The morning tour around the island was very informative. The Whitehouse exceeded our expectations! All the bedrooms are generous sizing, so people can relax in their own space or hang out In the main lounge. So many places and decks to chill out on, relax in the spa or sauna. Kitchen was fully equipped. I liked that it was a short drive from town, as it was quiet, serene and just a beautiful location. We opted for the hire car which was clean, and very handy to get about town. I can't think of anything that I didn't like! I'd definitely stay with them again.

The unit was spacious, with large bathrooms It had a self-contained kitchen, and a pleasant verandah, although there was no real view. It was walking distance to the township. There were ample provisions of things like dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, breakfast provisions for several days, and toiletries. All the staff were very friendly and acted immediately whenever we had a request. The bathrooms were large and reasonably modern. There was good wifi, television reception and many DVDs from which to choose. The unit lacked any real styling, and was quite tired, as were the gardens and grounds, although to be fair the island was experiencing drought conditions. Four-star accommodations should not have hooks on the wall with nothing suspended, rusty heaters, cupboards that are looking shabby with chipped paint, and tacky coloured-tyre garden features. Nor should they have lots of cockroaches! The owner suggested that the dry weather was causing the infestation, which is understandable, and he did provide cockroach baits which then dotted the kitchen! Strangely, on speaking with other guests in another unit, they reported no cockroaches at all. Whilst a washing machine was listed in the features, it was not clear that it was not in the unit, but in a shabby, cramped laundry and had to be paid for as an addition. We did not use the spa/pool as it was too hot and we would have had to roll up the cover to use it, and then replace the cover when we were finished. (We are 67 and 71 years of age!)

Well located close to “town”; staff friendly and helpful; clean and tidy with thoughtful inclusion of picnic set/ rug/ snorkels Luxury boutique is inaccurate. Stayed one night of booked seven nights and moved to another hotel. Second bedroom had no windows. Outdoor pool is a spa pool which may suit others but no outdoor lounges or ability to sit by and read a book

Great location. Able to walk to town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother. The property is a little tired. Not light and airy.
