Everything was really good

Clean, quiet, nice bed, great breakfast

Staff was really friendly. Our room was clean although it did smell like gas but it went away after. Parking was easy and the breakfast included was delicious! The area was nice and convenient to nearby shopping. Would book again!

The garbage cans located inside & outside of the hotel were not emptied enough. We arrived on a Tuesday evening. Garbage was toppled over the can at the entrance to the hotel. A very unwelcoming sight. Each floor there was garbage exceeding the can off the elevators. This was not a weekend. Very concerning to see.

The room is very clean, perfect staff , the prekfast is good and good wide parking

The room looks dated and it didn't look like how it was in the pictures. The equipments were pretty dated. The closet door didn't open properly. The towels were not changed daily or even on alternate days. I would say the room prices were a bit exorbitant with the conditions they were in. On the bright side the staff were polite and courteous. But there is little they can do to make our experience better. Also the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the highway and just a short drive from downtown. Our room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good, and we'd be happy to stay here again in the future.

The hotel stay was okay overall, but the bathroom needs updating. The showerhead was faulty and did not work properly, and the bathtub was old and worn. These maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

No cameras in the parking lot. Car was vandalized.

Location Water leaks and toilet overflowed. Getting floor soaked. Used all towels and didn’t bring more.

rainwater was leaking from the ceiling in the breakfast area and there was a really bad smell near the elevator on the fourth floor that persisted for a few hours.

The room had a damp odor. I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone was missing the buttons

The good thing I enjoyed most staying one night at this hotel was safety. You can walk at night for fresh air. Really nice location close to to shopping restaurants. I do recommend Capri Italian restaurant. Awesome but overall the staff was nice. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The self-a sleeper was even comfortable. That room is a bit small but it was clean and that's what matters

This room was great, clean and comfortable. Cleanliness is the most important to me. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The only bummer was the pool was closed.

Pool was closed, but there was a posted recommendation for a public pool close by. We didn’t need a pool, but I thought this was a nice touch/thoughtful thing done by the staff.
