Since 2023, whenever I or my parents come to Bursa; we always choose stay at Royal Residence. It gives the home vibes more than a hotel . The living area is separated unlike other hotels. If someone wants to rest, they could rest without getting disturbed. The area is great as its near a metro station and there are many restaurants & mall near the hotel. To be honest, there isn’t anything I don’t like about this hotel. As an IT consultant, I spent hundreds of nights at hotels and I could say this is one of my favorites as it provides the home environment.

Very helpful staff with the unloading of suitcases and quick check-in. The hotel location was very good, along major highway running through the city. It is also close to Uludag ski mountains. The hotel room is as advertised /pictured.. A little bit small/cramped but good value for money. Umdergrpund parking and side parking is enough for hotel guests. Overall, given the price, it is good value for money. Traffic sounds can be heard at the living room.. But you can learn to bear with it. The kitchen area is very small, enough room to squeeze in. The pantry/kitchen was not well stocked with cooking/kitchen utensils, plate, cups etc.

The location is great, next door has Sec Doner for late night good, and a coffee shop for morning breakfast. Across the road there is a huge carrefour to buy daily needs etc. Bathroom on the master bedroom a bit small, overall room is clean, only the size on a smaller side compare to normal apartments

Kind, helpful employees cozy, comfortable room. Will definitely stay here if I visit this city again. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Bursa. Especially thanks to Reception manager Barra, Ishan, Sinan Not at all
