The hotel is at very good value/price level. Its location,service and facilities are great-all what a person needs at a work or leisure travel. They really do care about their guests’ unsatisfied points, and very much eager to solve the issue asap. Appreciate the service every time i visit this hotel! Thanks to complete hotel staff, for making my stay better every time.

Beautiful view, great staff team nice location. breakfast was very unique if you had any issues the team is very helpful comfortable beds and cleanliness was not an issue at all. valet was a very great guys. the guest relations team helps with any displeasures. Nothing worth mentioning, mostly great place. thanks for all staff

The room and hotel had a lovely design element. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was not very clean. It was also very warm with no option to cool it down. When I called the desk, I was told to open the window, which then made the noise from the street louder. Also, the towels were worn and the bathroom floors were very slippery in the shower/bath area.

If you don't have car, you are near the resturants and Markar mall. If you have a car, you are in the center to go anywhere in Bursa, maximum 15 minutes. Traffic not bad, from 4 to 6 PM, thats it. Room lighting is top. Internet is fast. In my years going to Turkey, this is best ever. I was watching NFL football without intruptions and also movies in my Chromecast or Android TV stick. Pillows, really horrible, not comfy. We had to go to IKEA Bursa to buy 3 pillows. Bring a pillow with you, if you going as a couple, bring 2 pillows. This only bad thing. Oh yeah, the AC is central system, in winter, they only open heater, so it gets hot. Close the AC system and open the window. Otherwise, it can get hot in the room. I would rather open cold air even in winter than sweat from hot air. Still i would rate the hotel at 9 to 9.5 out of 10. The pillows must be changed by management, they really impossible to sleep with, specially with the heaters and hot air from the heater system in winter. They change the pillows is 10 out of 10 even with the heater system.

the room and staff specially Carmen the manager spa is a bit outdated and not well lit that makes situation worse.Thermal havuz has 38 degree celsia.Sauna and steam are not hot enought.When you want to cool down showers are not cold enought and there is only one cold shower. breakfast is poor.omelets are prepared in advanced and oily.They have lot of things but actually nothing.Simits and menemen were tasty + good vegatebles but thi is 5stara hotel
