Nothing, but I do recommend that the thermal pool open up earlier instead of 10:00 a.m., maybe 6:30 a.m.

Sia Hotel was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are beautiful, well designed, and a really good size, which made the stay even more pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. The location is also great and very convenient. I would highly recommend staying in the hotel rather than the apartments, as my family stayed in the apartment and didn’t experience the same level of quality or service. Overall, a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The air conditioning could use a proper cleaning, as the dust caused me some soreness. Location can be quite noisy at times

Big and clean rooms, nice bathroom, polite staff. Spa was great! Breakfast below average. One day they had omelette the other day not. Why? Also no espresso, American coffee only? Why? Buy a machine that makes everything. It is ridiculous to have to pay for an espresso in the morning . Also 6 persons of our group got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. They could not fine the tech so a receptionist got a pair of… scissors and finally opened the door that fortunately was level with a floor. Otherwise what? Lastly, pillows too hard. Put 2 hard and 2 soft pillows. Also, I would not get in the WiFi from my iPhone. A page was saying that they needed to update something and the “continue” button to connect was not working.

Excellent location, good rooms and great service. Very expensive in comparison to what is available in the neighborhood. The thermal spa really has very little included unless you pay extra.

I came to the hotel and checked at the reception and waited too long to get into the apartment (more than two hours). Moreover, the sofa was too dirty where the reception had to change the whole apartment. They made me sign papers that cleaning rooms is chargeable where the rest of the hotels worldwide do not charge for cleaning. I’ve been traveling to many countries and lived in many places where there is no extra charge for cleaning. In addition, I requested tissues, which is a simple request at reception and they said that there is a charge. Lastly, this is my first and last time to come or visit this hotel I’m totally disappointed

The apartment was spacious and the location is excellent. It was close to Maraka mall and a big park with many activities. The staff helpful and accommodating. Very good for families They could add more amenities. Also we asked for a bay crib and it wasn’t available.
