The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Bed was very comfortable.. I had a corner room which was very nice. Some things didn’t work like the safe box, it was nine operational . Lightning in bathroom was dim makes it hard to shave! There seems to be Construction nearby as the noise was very loud during the day, would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time! Otherwise everything was very good

Excellent location in Bursa, near restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel is ideally situated, making it very easy to explore the area and enjoy dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They were always ready to help and made our stay feel comfortable and smooth from start to finish. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights of the stay was the warm hospitality from the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary welcome drinks and cakes, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel valued as guests from the very beginning. Overall, the combination of the great location, attentive staff, and welcoming atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience. I would happily consider staying here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping maintained the rooms well throughout my stay. However, it was noticeable that the property is somewhat older or has experienced significant wear over time. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my first room. The shower enclosure was leaking badly and flooded the bathroom every time I showered. I reported the problem, but I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and could not move me immediately. To their credit, they arranged a room change the following day. In the second room, the bathroom itself did not flood after showering. However, when I stepped out of the bathroom, I discovered that a section of the carpet outside was extremely wet. This gave the impression that there may have been a previous or recurring water leakage issue in that area. The affected section of carpet appeared noticeably newer than the surrounding carpet, and parts of the wall showed signs of what looked like previous water damage. While the staff handled the room change professionally and the hotel was kept very clean, the repeated water-related issues in two different rooms suggest that some maintenance and refurbishment work may be needed.

Best hotel in Bursa. Vary good location ?. Room is big , beautiful decorated. Comfortable beds .Buffet breakfast was perfect and full of everything ? you wish. It's really unforgettable stay. This hotel everyone should stay in.

house keeping I stayed at Majesty Gold Hotel alone during a business trip and will be checking out on 02/06. First of all, I would like to thank the reception team. They kindly assigned me a larger and more comfortable room based on availability, which was greatly appreciated. I would also like to specifically thank the Housekeeping team. Throughout my stay, they were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The quality of their work and their attitude toward guests were truly commendable. Unfortunately, several incidents during my stay had a significant negative impact on my overall experience. On June 1st, the hotel entrance was closed due to a police security operation, and I had to use an alternative entrance with my vehicle. During this process, one of the bellboys raised his voice at me, displayed aggressive behavior, walked toward me in a confrontational manner, and spoke in an extremely arrogant tone, despite the situation being completely beyond my control. Such behavior toward a paying guest is unacceptable. Similarly, another staff member stopped me in front of the elevator and stated, “You cannot use this elevator; the governor will be using it.” Security or protocol procedures may be necessary, but they should be communicated to guests respectfully and professionally. Paying guests should never be made to feel like second-class visitors in a hotel where they are customers. However, the most disappointing part occurred today during check-out. The same bellboy who had behaved aggressively toward me the previous day was still on duty. Rather than offering any form of apology or acknowledgment, he stated loudly, in a way that could easily be heard by others, “I shouted so that my voice would reach you.” Instead of apologizing, he attempted to justify and normalize his behavior. This was not an apology. On the contrary, it was an admission that the behavior had been intentional. There is no professional justification for shouting at a guest......

Nothing I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel; it's uncomfortable. I spent the worst 3 days without sleep. The Turkish staff behave poorly with Gulf guests; there is no respect. Arab staff were cooperative and respectful. The rooms are noisy and overlook the main street, with small curtains, poor lighting, and sounds inside the room. They only clean if asked multiple times, and there are photos available.

Actually the hallway carpet was very dirty.. I wish they change it and also the room carpet is dirty too…but other than that it’s wonderful

I like the stuff there. They are very nice, especially Mrs. Elham, Mr. Altan and Mr. Emir. The breakfast is nice. The location is perfect. The noise isolation of the rooms are poor. I can hear the residents in the next rooms. Noise isolation requires enhancement among rooms and from outside traffic roads.

Hot pool and and spa/ sauna included in the price, as well as a salina room. Great location. Great value for money. Unfortunately, the Spa did not live up to expectations. The cleanliness was quite poor throughout the facilities; the hammam rooms were cold, and the basins were visibly dirty. Used towels were left lying everywhere, which added to the untidy feel. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than attending to the clients. It felt very unprofessional and was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for. We could hear our neighbors throughout the night due to bad noise insulation, and we were constantly bothered by a strong smell of cigarette smoke drifting into our room from neighboring units.

We came earlier than check in time, but the hotel gave us the room. Room was quite big and clean with quite comfy bad. Stuff were so kind and attentive. 2 hours later stuff brought fruits in our room. It was so nice. Spa zone was a little bit different than it’s on pictures on booking.com. So we were a little disappointed.
