Campanile PRIME - Bussy-Saint-Georges

Excellent location. Staff were helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was very quiet at night even with a lot of school children staying there The hotel was undergoing renovation at the time so communal areas were a little dusty. It didn't impact our stay so wasn't really a problem.

It was close to Disneyland and a good price for the 3 nights. I liked that it had a big cool water dispenser which allowed us to fill our water bottles and keep hydrated at the park On our second evening coming back tired, we saw the self service coffee machine was on, no signage that it couldn’t be used or anything and there was no staff in sight, but we needed a little pick me up and didn’t think it would be wrong, we made some coffees and eventually a staff member came out and scolded us saying that was only for breakfast, I said that the machine was on and we didn’t see signs saying we couldn’t have a coffee, and the staff said “that’s not for you” we had to leave our two coffees and hot chocolate (3 guests) there after they were done already. On the day we had to check out (Monday) we came down to breakfast at 9 and it was done. This seemed like a very short window for breakfast.

Good location, comfy beds. The lady at the reception didn’t speak any english. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate. The elevator didn’t work and we had to carry the kids and the luggage to the third floor through the stairs . They charged us additionally for leaving the luggage at the lobby which was strange and never happened to me before. Nobody came to clean our room or change the towels for three days. Room too small for 4 people and the air conditioner wasn’t functioning. There wasn’t enough oxygen.

Cheap and functional. The world’s smallest shower…you might manage to squeeze into it but good luck at…actually showering! The shower. The lack of air con (not working due to construction work). Restaurant closed so forced to use neighbouring hotel.

The room was well organized. Water was either freezing cold or boiling hot.

Good stopover for one night. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The barman was lovely and even put the United match on the tv for us to watch.

Facilities

The rooms have a strong smell of new decorations. The smell is too strong to sleep. I would like to open the window to get fresh air but the noise from highway is too loud. We didn’t sleep well for 2 nights there.

Newly renovated rooms. Bed is big uncomfortable, we got the one with two single bed.

Nice clean modern simple but functional room. Convenient restaurant and bar. A walk, but near to mainline railway station for Paris and 2 stops from disneyland. Shower room was a wet room, so water gets everywhere. Shower dispenser was empty on arrival. Hair dryer was in the shower wet room, so possibly dangerous.

They don’t clean the room for the second day of our trip, but It was good in totally

Close to Disney, friendly staff. The carpets we're dirty. Black stains everywhere. Window didn't close properly, so lots of noise from the highway.

The ventilation system made the room colder and I needed extra heating. The window ventilation system was also very dirty.
