Everything was really amazing! From the breakfast to the beds and the service. We indeed enjoyed our stay very much! The only thing that annoyed me was that several things cost (quite a lot, actually) extra. To use the spa/sauna about 30€ per person/day. But for me the worst of all is to pay 2,50€ for a tea bag in the breakfast room (when outside the breakfast hours) - considering that you can walk 5 min, go to Carrefour and basically buy a whole box of 20x tea bags (of the same brand!) for 2€. And also to charge 3€ for a coffee from a machine (that would, in Belgium, normally cost 2,5€ in a normal café in the city, made by a barista!) was not cool. That for me was a bit of a rip off.

Cosy place and very good service They have a coffee machine in the breakfast area which for whatever reasons cannot be used during breakfast and therefore limits the choices of coffees

Comfy room and delicious breakfast ? Nice garden which would have been nice to play some garden-chess if the weather would have been better We missed the typical wellness smell (which we adapted by adding eucalyptus to the sauna) and relaxing music (adapted by using Spotify). Unfortunately the hammam didn't smell inviting, otherwise nice and cosy place ??

Very spacious room with very nice balcony with outside table & chairs; excellent shower and roomy bathroom; very clean, seemed to think of everything like water cooker, bottle opener, small refrigerator, etc. Lots of storage space for clothing, and a in-room safe for valuables. One of the best rooms at one of the best hotels we have ever had, and we are experienced travellers. Highly recommend! It is pretty tacky that the hotel advertises that they have a sauna along with infrared cabin and whirlpool, only to arrive and find out that you must pay a pretty high fee to use these facilities. This is not advertised anywhere on the web sites. These facilities should be offered to all guests at no charge, as is the case in most other finer hotels that have provided similar facilities. Pretty cheap. And housekeeping tried to enter and begin cleaning our room on our day of departure well before the official checkout time, and while we were still in the room. Never seen that one before!

All of our rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean and well appointed. The garden was large and well kept, with a patio and ample seating. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a fantastic selection of cereals, yoghurts and pastries. The staff were welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one.
