They asked for payment at time of check in.. rooms door were misconfigured ..always sound like alarm. One room was smelling like fish but they didn't do anything for that

It was good. Not the most variety. But it was good for the area It could have been a little cleaner in the room.

Room was good clean and on 4th floor. I went to have breakfast and waitresses didn’t greet me nor she informed me about the breakfast. It’s fine she didn’t greet me or anything but I was having a breakfast and she came near me and ask my room number to mark on her list sheet like why? Am I supposed to be a guest? Idk but for me it felt like a insult, it was like I’m uninvited guest. Ik they were doing there job but I don’t think it should be the that way. I have stayed in many other international hotels near that place but they never ask for my room number at middle of my breakfast. I checked in to the hotel it’s not like I appeared middle of nowhere and my visitor was waiting for me outside hotel so I went to pick her up and while I was returning back to hotel, gate guard was calling me brother! Brother! And when I turned back he told me what’s your business or something I don’t remember and I showed him my room key and he was like ohh ok. Yes he was doing his job but again I felt like I was staying there free or uninvited. I passed so many times 2-3 times through the same gate it was not like I was there first time.

i did like the facilities at Hotel which includes pool, swimming pools, Spa, Bar and Gym. However it seems like even you book a room at hotel you cant work from Bar area if you are travelling for work reason - When you work from bar the managers thought is other guest will feel not to drink which was really annoying statement which you are informed at morning when you want to have coffee with your team members and friends waiting for you. The wedding events which is often hosted at banquet which is near to your rooms have a lot of noises while you are tired and trying to take some good meditation and concentration at your work. Breakfast Plan is very poor as the breakfast menu items are everyday same and when requested for water staff will ask you to get it by yourself from Jar. Staff seems really professional and helpful at your first few stays however when they are overloaded by overnight frequent wedding events staff gets annoyed by your minor requests. Veg meal is 750RS which is double than what you can get and cant order for 2 people you have to be in group. Manager feels really proud of his way of managing which is making their staff weak and unhealthy rather blames clients for not understanding their vision which is against the customer journey. He has a strong belief that clients are wrong most of the time. God Bless him being in Food and Beverage industry? Hotel does not have Business Center as a facility for work or business purpose and guests travelling for work or business finds comfortable place to stay during stay they tend to see you as unprofitable guests which you can see in their behaviour. Turns off AC of area where you are working just because they want you to be out from the area where you are comfortable being. We booked for 7 days however ended our stay in 4th with these kind of unacceptable behaviours.
