Rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and good lighting. The staff were attentive and always ready to help with requests. The location was convenient for exploring Butwal, though the surrounding area can be a bit noisy.

There is a movie theater above 5th floor. This is a problem as the sound carries down to the 3rd floor. Hard to fall asleep.

Very clean and nice hotel. Everyday bed sheets / towels changed. Everyday 2 liter water bottle is provided. Staff were very courteous and helpful. It is located on the main road and near the bus stand. Complentry breakfast was delicious. One full plate fruts and choice of breakfast with coffee or tea provided.

Nice, clean and spacious luxury room. Very welcoming and helpful staffs. No hot shower in my room. Also the shower was not functioning properly.

Thank you for Me. Krishna and staffs helping to solve our problem during our stay, also arrange a taxi to the airport. During 3 night stay, the hot shower did not work even we left the water tab turn on for 10-15 mins as the front desk advised.

It's close to the bus station, they have TV which works and they can make you a proper coffee Ordering food was confusing as they don't have menus downstairs or in the rooms. Breakfast was very confused, but they made me a nice coffee before opening time which was very kind.
