Good location. Nice, big room with sitting area. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. There were pigeons nesting on the landing, right above the entrance to our room (2nd floor). So, there were bird droppings all over the door mat and around it. The birds got spooked and flapped around every time we opened the door, which was unpleasant.

The receptionist was lovely. In overall, it's an ok hotel for a one night transit. The room wasn't very clean in general, but the bedding in particular was dirty. I think the sheets were washed but nobody took the time to remove the stains before washing, and old blood stains on white sheets... it feels gross.

Very friendly and helpful staff. As we arrived from India the day before they helped us with getting a SIM card and bus tickets. Central location in Butwal, so everything necessary (ATMs, restaurants, shops, buses, etc.) in close proximity. Rooms are not very cozy and cleanliness could be better.
